They don’t even have anywhere to check your lottery tickets wow! So I have to trust an employee in the back to be honest when they redeem my tickets!?!?? Absolutely terrible customer service as far as I’m concerned! Especially sense I’m sure New York State lottery provides you with this equipment! I was told by the manager that there wasn’t a good spot to put the new machine! Come on haha! Find a spot do your job!

Multiple times I've seen customers walk in without a mask and employees did nothing about it. One time a customer entered, said oops forgot my mask and was about to go back to their car to get it and the employee said no it's ok. This is disgusting and unacceptable.

Can I please share that this is the cleanest store I've visited, and the gentleman working was extremely kind, quick, courteous and professionally presentable! I just bought a candy bar and a scratch ticket, but I will be back in future. Good job to managment! Your store looks great, and your team is terrific! Keep up the great work!
