I’ve always ordered the Iced White Mocha & stopped going because now the drinks are watered down or don’t fill the cup. I even switched to different drinks. The cold foam takes up 1/4 of the cup which never used to be the case. Watch them make your drinks, less and less, especially iced drinks. More ice, milk or cover the rest of empty cup with whipped cream or cold foam to cover that 3/4 of your drink is missing. Not worth it anymore, more money for less product.

I’m not from around the area but I always visit a Starbucks wherever I am and I’ve never written a review before but my experience at this Starbucks inspired me to write one. This was hands down one of the best Starbucks I’ve visited. The date is 10/19/25 around 12:20pm- 12:30pm. My drink took a while to be made but they were very busy and despite being busy all the baristas were greeting guests and in good spirits which was a breath of fresh air. The barista on register was great with the customers, very friendly although in general a very friendly staff. The barista on bar was not only working on bar but she even checked up on me to ask what my name was and what I was waiting for (I ordered ahead through the app), which I really appreciated someone checking in. The floor seemed to be running incredibly smoothly and efficiently. The lobby was so nice and clean every guest was definitely being acknowledged. This Starbucks sets the bar for every Starbucks I visit moving forward. The team here is really killing it. Thanks for making my experience pleasant. :)

I stopped by Starbucks for my usual coffee fix, but the experience was frustratingly slow. The line took forever to move, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I get that it can get busy, but the wait was much longer than it should have been—especially when other coffee shops handle rush hours more efficiently.

My drink was just okay when it finally arrived, but the sluggish service really ruined the visit. Starbucks usually has decent quality, but this location needs to work on speed and customer flow. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Used to be amazing never a issue but for the last couple of months it's unorganized orders taking longer than usual even if you mobile order it 20 minutes ahead I've gotten half a order 20 minutes before my second drink was even a thought to make it then took a another 15 minutes to make it to tell me they just ran out of the whip cream the manager was walking around talking to the regulars instead of trying to fix the problem i feel like they only take care of the regulars that sit inside

Ordered 4 drinks and each one of them was only 3/4 full. Employees were pleasant but that’s a lot of money to spend on only getting 3/4 of what you ordered.

Easily the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Extremely large crowd of angry people who’ve said they’ve been waiting over a half hour
I then see my order be made and placed on the table near the edge far away from me and the label with the name on it is turned away to where I can’t see it. I go to reach for it and they have the nerve to shout at me accusing me of taking an item that is not mine. Ironically it was my order that they were withholding for whatever reason. Even if the order wasn’t mine, taking a peek at the name on the label is not the same as theft. The real world has an extremely rude awakening coming for these employees who think that a customer checking to see if an order is theirs is the same thing as theft. Accusing someone of theft or even attempted theft has legal consequences. Go to the location inside target instead, where the wait times and attitude of the staff are both better by a long shot.
