Good food and friendly staff. Some of our orders were mixed up, but they quickly fixed it for us. Prices are competitive and worth it. Chairs we had at our table had the centers fallen, so I left with a sore back. Otherwise an excellent place for dinner or late lunch.

I've driven by it and never stopped in. So we did and it changed my initial impression. On the outside its a little weathered and appeared uninviting. I'll tell you what, I was totally wrong. The waitress was great, the camaraderie and pleasantries brought forth, felt very welcome. Ordered the sauerkraut hot dogs and salad and was very pleased overall. Their menu has a vast selection and will make to order on most anything. It's a definite I will be back to try their other items. Stop in and give it a try, a long standing restaurant thats a hidden diamond in the rough.

Atrocious! Not only has this place not been updated, it hasn't been cleaned. The food was terrible- I couldn't even eat half of it. And the worst part is that it felt like I was sitting in a freezer the entire time. It was so unbelievably cold that I wore my winter coat, hat and gloves inside! Our server saw our discomfort and explained that they weren't allowed to raise the temperature. She was very sweet and the only positive in this dining experience. I had fond memories of this restaurant from my childhood and came back based on the good reviews I read. Seemed only responsible to write a review myself warning people that it's not worth your time or money. Truly, go anywhere else.

Waitress was so sweet & informative. She gave us a brief history of the building, and fire it had in 1964. Fascinating stuff. Food is home cooked to order. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, lots of good choices.
