Solid (if unremarkable) Subway franchise location located inside the gas station. Generally no wait, and exactly the taste and quality you'd expect of a Subway location. If you'd like Subway, this is as good a place as any!
Eat here almost every day, the staff are great and irreplaceable as far as day to day operations. Very turned off so to speak as of late, they have taken control away from the sandwich artists it terms or serving sizes and treated them like children and have measured everything out using small plastic portion containers which are vastly uneven and don't even make sense. I love the location and the people but sometimes I want to spend my money elsewhere.

Bought two foot-long subs (1 monster, 1 turkey), and asked to add veggies. The girl behind the counter couldn't fold the sandwich. She kept saying she didn't want to make a mess (only very little lettuce was added, and I always ask for the same amount of veggies in all Subways I went), I noticed the problem was their bread (multi-grain) were very small (both width and length).

the food is very good. the employees sometimes can use some retraining on customer service when talking to people. the place is clean. i would totally tell people about it. love that they have seating to allow people to sit inside and eat.

My husband and I visited the Subway at the Speedway store on Chambers road in Big Flats during our dinner break. Kyle made the sandwiches and they were absolutely perfect. We visit this subway once or twice a week and Kyle always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. His friendly, stellar service made our dinner break very enjoyable. The world needs more Kyles.
