Great options for toppings on your frozen yogurt haven't been to one in years and it's still the same as I remember

Service is always friendly! I feel bad for these girls having to deal with teens that pose as customers and have no adult supervision, they play pranks on the two girls behind the counter by deliberately dropping their ice cream and toppings on the floor after the girls swept and clean because it was close to closing time. These rowdy boys where taking videos of their pranks and laughing all the way. Poor girls had to clean up again.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but if they have they have no manner please supervise them.

I don’t recommend because my spouse can only have frozen yougurt, they cannot eat ice cream because they have had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight…they cannot have whole milk products, it will not digest in their smaller stomach. So when you call yourself a frozen yougurt shop, then that’s what one expects coming in there, not ice cream. And soft serve yougurt is very hard to find. All they want is a vanilla/ chocolate twist soft yougurt…not hard yougurt like you can get in any store frozen section.. very disappointed to go in sweet frog and find chocolate and vanilla ice cream, soft, but not yougurt. They are not fans of the other flavors of soft yougurt, saw vanilla and chocolate on this weeks menu at sweet frog and was excited to go after supper only to find out it was ice cream.. we left with nothing bought.

So many toppings to choose from! Being able to make a twist out of two neighboring flavors is fun too.

Will no longer be coming in 2x as a week as regular customers. It’s disrespectful when the associate speaks to you like you’re d*** as soon as you walk in instead of asking how you’re doing. Then makes you dump your sundae into a larger cup so all of your toppings are upside down because the cups are not in order and they will not honor the price of a medium if it’s in a small cup. Craziest thing I’ve ever heard of. Not enjoying my upside sundae, needing to dig for my toppings. Even after asking the associate to honor it as a medium. No longer my favorite place. Thanks!

Extremely overpriced. A small for 10 dollars is absurd. Stick to a local ice cream shop.

Our experience was awful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Not a single table, chair or booth clean in the place. The store smelled strongly of chemicals and p**** I got the sugar free vanilla and usually get this flavor every time we are here. This time it tasted like spoiled milk. Made a complaint not necessarily expecting a new one or my money back, but was told it’s supposed to taste like garbage it’s sugar free. Uh no sir! And to the adult man working, maybe a uniform shirt instead of your gun promoting shirt next time! The place was also silent and no workers up front the entire time we were there. Has definitely gone down hill. We unfortunately will not be going back!
