Great food, awesome prices

After trying this, I exactly know what people are talking about sticky rice. Yes, the rice is sticky to the point that it does not break off very fast and easy. Spicy Tuna Sushi was like regular sushi, nothing extra ordinary but good. Priced around $7. No dine-in, take out only.

Vegetarian options: Lota of vegetarian options.

Parking: Ample parking

Love the food. Although relatively new to going here, it has quickly become a favorite!

[0 out of 5] STARSThis place is an insult to sushi & Japanese cuisine. Calling it sushi could be nothing further from the truth. To give context, I placed an online order for 3 rolls for pickup. A shrimp tempura, eel avocado & a hot roll. What I received was a huge disappointment. The 'chef' who made those rolls needs a refund from the training program they went, if at all. I'll elaborate.Rice; Under seasoned, overcooked to the point of being mushy, and haphazardly formed into a roll without any attention to the filling to rice ratio or the filling itself! Lastly, the type of rice used was not meant for sushi.Filling; Shrimp tempura was poorly dredged, leaving the final product lacking of tempura. Eel avocado was sufficient in avocado but the eel was flattened beyond recognition.Sauces; There's genuinely something wrong with the eel sauce, it's cloudy & lacks flavor. Flavor of the spicy mayo was fine but it was too viscous.- The high rice to filling ratio? I can forgive that.- Filling was treated like flatbread? Maybe your dude's been pumping iron.- Eeeww sauce vs eel sauce? I might be partial to eel & I admit it.- Compressed, mushy, overcooked, under seasoned rice? That's where I draw the line. You are advertising sushi. RICE. IS. YOUR. CURRENCY. If you can't be bothered to make good sushi rice, why even bother?Rating: [0 out of 5] STARSSUMMARYTuna II's prices are some of the cheapest in the area but I'll never order here again nor would I recommend it. The outside is cute & there's parking in front but it's the inside that matters. This restaurant has the worst sushi I've ever eaten, period. This is largely due to their horrendous rice. Even convenience store sushi is better. Seriously.Tuna II staff, you desperately need to hire someone experienced/learn how to make good sushi rice. Your sushi may be okay for some people but most will have experienced better sushi. You're doomed unless you up your sushi game.

I took a chance on this place despite the reviews, yet here I am, sad about my meal. Rice was super mushy. Made everything else unpleasant. Would not recommend. If they fixed the rice then it would’ve be an okay meal.

Consistent and excellent food.

Great place. Just make sure to request for less salt. The miso soup was flavorful and the shrimp and vegetable tempura were crunchy and tasty. Will go back but will request for less salt next time.

This place does not accommodate dine in regardless of your vaccination status. I dove all the way there just to be denied dine in. Do not go here. There are other better sushi places. Wild ginger in corning is so much better.

Super excited to report that I am about to be a regular customer at Tuna II. I ordered a whole bunch of food from here for the first time and everything was delicious! The food was fresh and portions were filling. I cannot wait to order here again and send my friends and family here as well. It's so hard to find authentic japanese food in the southern tier so I'm elated that this place exists!

Fresh sushi made with quality ingredients (especially the rolls). Open for take out only right now, but service was quick and friendly. Very interesting menu.
