Only ordered one sandwich from here, taste average nothing amazing but they charge for addons be careful when ordering, menu has ultimate BLT for 10.99 but ordered same sandwich multiple times for 16.80. Bad customer service from being high volume, manager unprofessional and rude.

This review is based on the employees who are all probably underpaid because everyone there has a long face when you walk in. No one smiles to greet you, and no one is in any rush to accommodate you. I stood there for a little over five minutes there was no one online while an older woman with black hair and Gothic looking nails stood there playing with her phone and a younger woman reprimanded her and she mouth off to her now if you have no respect for your coworkers, you should not be doing a service related business I work in the service industry, and you need to have patience, but after a few minutes, standing there and none of the employees even glancing over to me means that this place is making too much money and can refuse three other Bagels stores in the area who will like my money will never return

Half my order was wrong. Reminded me why I stopped coming for the past five years. Instead of egg whites like I asked whole eggs, asked for mozzarella cheese they put American. Asked me if I wanted salt, pepper and ketchup on it I said no salt, only pepper and ketchup they did the opposite I asked for on a whole wheat wrap with sausage they got that right. Not busy at the time I went no one online but still lasted 13 minutes to get the wrong order. lady asked if I wanted a bag I said yes she walked away and gave nothing

I didn't really put down a rating yet because I've had a bad experience for the first time. I've been going to this place forever, the bagels are fantastic and the service is usually greaat. They were busy yesterday, but I ordered 6 bialys and 6 bagels. My usual order. But when I went to make bagels this morning I discovered 6 bialys and only three bagels were in the bag. I got the receipt showing that I paid for all 12 that I ordered. But of course once you leave the store that's it. If they were out of three of the bagels that I wanted they should have told me and I would have given him replacements to put. Or was it done purposely because they expect a tip at the register. And it was done on purpose. Either way they lost my business when I used to go to them at least once or twice a week and I will find another bagel place. So my suggestion to everybody, no matter how simple the order, make sure you open the bag and make sure everything is there before you leave the store

DON'T GIVE THIS JERK YOUR BUSINESS.Their drivers terrorise the neighborhood. They allow people to block the driveway and illegally park in front of the place. Basically they are a blithe on the strip mall.

Thank you for the company for getting back so fast. Unfortunately I was driving at the time that this initially review came in and was going to complete my review after work. Why I gave you guys One star. It's because I was really upset that I came in for a grilled cheese and I got 2 which was $11 and some change and I specifically asked for the cheese to fully cover the bread. But I only wanted one and a 1/2 pieces of cheese not two full slices and they literally put a 1/2 slice of cheese on one side of the bread so when the sandwich was cut in half there was only cheese on half the sandwich and I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches that was almost $12. That was very upsetting especially since I was getting ready to drive. If she did not understand the request, then she could have simply indicated so, but she repeated it back to me exactly how I wanted it and described it so I knew she understood my request. So for now, the cook to go ahead and do it with a 1/2 a piece of cheese on a grilled cheese that's just ridiculous. And he shouldn't maybe ask questions if he didn't understand so my one star stands. Enjoy the rest of your day.
