When I first went in, there were workers just sitting there, and no one was attending me. Even when I called and asked if anyone was around to help me.
Then I go back about 2 hours later, and the guy (he had a drive thru headset)
He told me to HAVE to order on the boards in there. So, I used my app, and the order was wrong. I tried to get onion rings and pay .75 extra. It put a whopper Jr. So I asked the manager (he has a different button-up). If he could fix it, he said no, and both men had attitudes! So I got my order and a white man come in and stand at the counter to order AND THEY TAKE HIS ORDER!! After rudly telling me to order at the board. So I said something. I didn't like how you spoke to me to use the machine, and now you're taking HIS order. Wow, how nice. And a black man was there with me, and he said yeah that is messed up. The food is blah. Was so upset from the 1st time, the 2nd time I went, I didn't even order correctly. 😑 never again!

Guys I would not recommend going to this Burger King, I ordered my food and it took forever. Ok cool. Gave my son his burger and when he opened it, we saw this mouse poop on the bread, I immediately took a picture and video and sent the food back and asked for a refund, due to it being a mobile order I was denied a refund, corporate provided me a free burger for the inconvenience, this establishment is very disrespectful as the manager refused to take accountability and hanged up the phone on me. McDonald’s is only a 3 min drive, I recommend going there. FOR YOUR SAFETY, do NOT GO HERE!

Get some proper English speaking employees

I'd like to know WHY I went in there last night - 10-01-24 at 9:45 pm, ordered a Whopper, only to be seriously disrespected when they were giving me my order. They let my burger SIT up there for over 5 minutes - before they gave me my order. THEN, when I sat down to eat, they immediately told me to LEAVE. That they were closing !! The HOURS on the DOOR says 11 pm !! Or I would've never ordered any food to begin with. I did NOT AT ALL appreciate them rushing me out of there, when I had JUST SAT DOWN to EAT ! This is disgusting behavior. Would it have killed them, to let me sit down and eat in peace!? The Management needs to seriously consider the people working there, and their obnoxious behavior towards someone that JUST PAID for their order! I work on Wall Street and am the owner of a Radio Station heard around the World. I DID NOT appreciate the way that I was treated at this establishment whatsoever. They were confrontational, disrespectful, and asking me to leave, after I had JUST SAT DOWN to eat, is just 110% UN acceptable. If I do not get a response about this, I will be calling the Burger King Corporate Office about this to make a formal complaint.

Yo.. this place is rude! Date June 13 @ 6:04pm. Dude at the drive through was talking in an aggresive tone. Didnt appreciate hearing him talk to the lady in the car infront of me like that. When it was my turn, I ordered the popeyes chicken sandwhich. The guy stated that they dont take orders for Popeyes at the drive thru. Then he said, " You have to come inside!" Then "Come Inside!" Twice. I was surprised at his tone and the need to repeat. There is never a need to be rude. He spoke to me as if he cared less whether or not I gave him my business.

There were no signs saying the drive thru was for only BK.

Popeyes and BK share the same store front. It doesnt make logical sense to the average first time customer that the drive thru would only take one type of order. Especially when turning off a busy street to the drive thru line.

Even though I was very hungry, based on his behavior I wasnt feeling comfortable ordering and told him to forget it. I drove away. Not coming back here ever again. You shouldnt either.

I drove 20 minutes got here at 10 they closed the doors online says this is open till 11 and on the door the sign also said open until 11 this is so inconvenient
