This place is disgusting. why are there so many flies in the ice cream??!! i got a cup of 90% ice cream and 10% flies. there are flies on the counter. also the cookie dough bites have mold all over them. it’s unbelievable how this place isn’t shut down.

The ice cream is fine; it's a franchise it's going to taste relatively the same any location you go. The employees chase out non-whites and non-American whites. They stare at you and give disgusted looks as if your presence is lowering their property value. It's ironic, because to me, they are the lower income ones. But, oh well; it's only about 1 min of awkward staredown

came in to buy a cake for my mothers birthday and one lady staff had an attitude & the old man told me to tell my daughter to put the candles back as if i was going to steal the $2 candles. We were debating on which ones to get. I told my daughter to put them back and walked out as i will not support someone who thinks im going to steal from their business especially $2 candles. I told my daughter to put them back before we walked out the store. This is the guy that accused her and he’s on the phone during his work shift.

Not for nothing… but a dead mosquito in the ice cream is a little insane. The scary part is that it was towards the bottom and not just on top. Something needs to be done. Everyone mix your ice cream before attacking it.

How sloppy and horribly written is this cake?? Unbelievable i had to come home with this garbage. Then when i told him you messed up my cake the literal child working goes “well you don’t pay extra for it anyways” as if that gives him a right to mess it up. Unbelievable do better.

I typically stop here on my way home from work as it’s convenient, never has issues. I passed by today and there was a gentleman infringe me ordering a sizable amount of items, so I stood aside to let the mam get his order. I was patiently waiting as it was just the two of us in the store, about 5 minutes later a group of 3 guys come in and don’t you know it, he is offered service before me. I walk up to the lady and ask if there is a reason she didn’t offer me services while I waiting my turn, her answer “ I didn’t even see you there”!!!!! In a space so open and so small you really didn’t see me ? Glad caravel is a chain and there is one not to far!Having read a few more reviews after posting mine I realized this place seems to act the same way towards POC!

Nicole is an absolute gem to deal with when it comes to cakes and cake decorating. Our family's thing is everyone gets a Carvel cake for their birthday. She has always come through. My cake this year, no different! The kids who work the shop are always nice, courteous and helpful. My cake below..
