The Howard beach location has not not let me down At All. They are always clean and food pans are full. They put perfect portions in my bowls and I just loce how quick the staff moves.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BEAWARE:

very disappointing, ignorant, and unempathetic person working there, although maybe he was having a bad day? hopefully.
turned me and my certified service dog away gaslighting me about federal laws regarding service animals despite literally not getting a single law right! though chipotle is one of the few places i can go to eat due to allergy and autoimmune conditions and I was feeling extremely nauseous/in need of food, i have to pour over google maps to find food safe to eat.

for your reference your dog does not need to have a vest to be your service dog. why not approach your customers with empathy, facts, and open mindedness vs arrogance and oppressiveness? you have no clue what someone is dealing with in their life. This guy was discriminatory against people with disabilities. I will never go here again.

Service was BAD. I always come here and employees are always nice and doing their jobs. But this time it’s a whole different people working. One of them were whispering to another while scooping my food, knowing there is a whole line waiting, went to pay and the cashier had so much attitude, I had a coupon on any free item like a free drink, or free side, something like that. I planned on getting a fountain drink and I guess she misunderstood the whole thing and used it for the side of guac when it wasn’t for that so I didn’t get my drink. I also purchased a glass bottle drink and she charged me and never received it. All staff were too busy giggling and laughing instead of working.

literally so disgusted have heard nothing but bad things about this place and then this is what i get when i open my pickup order. chicken that’s not even cut and it’s basically all fat. for the amount i was paying this is actually not expectable to do this when a customer cannot see what you’re putting in their order absolutely horrible.

In times when you think humanity and kindness is almost gone, you meet a Fabian. Humble multitasking cashier that not only does his duties with a smile, but also goes above and beyond to make sure Chipotle remains a loved and sought after chain restaurant. More restaurants need staff like FABIAN. Congratulations on hiring exemplary people that ensures customers loyalty.

The customer service was horrible and confusing. I wanted a burrito and the employee informed me I had to order online because the press machine wasn’t working for in store but online press was working. The store was empty and you would think when I put the order in they would work on it. No they just standing and there telling me I have to wait for the employee in the back and the wait order is for 30mins. It’s an inconvenience on yall and I have to wait. So then someone comes and she has attitude like I told her to clock in to work today. She was very rude. I was very polite and didnt even make a big fuss I just ask a question. Who knew asking a question would be a problem.

This is my second time visiting Chipotle in Howard Beach and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The floors and tables were dirty, with leftover food and mess not being cleaned up between customers. The food was overly salty, making it hard to enjoy, and the customer service was poor — the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful.

It really makes me wonder if Chipotle does any quality control checks at their franchise locations. Cleanliness and service should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this location fell far below expectations. I hope corporate steps in to ensure this location is held to the same standards as others.
