This place was absolutely gross, walked in with a mess everywhere. I went in at 830 and they barely had any food and the food they did have look distrusting. The workers look like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about cleanliness. DO NOT GO HERE! WASTING YOUR MONEY!!

Went here for halloween & the worker making the bowls was super sweet! complimenting and guessing costumes. he brought a smile to me and my friends faces !! really made my day. he was working super fast! worked very well and spoke at the same time providing great communication and customer service skills!! one of the workers whispered to him and i believe told him to stop talking but he was very quick with the talk and moved on to the next person. lwk upset me but overall the food was great!

My family and I went to Chipotle on Howard Beach around 10pm and experienced the worse experience ever. The place was dirty as if they had not swept the floors the entire day. We asked if they were still opened, and had a rude response. The employee rolled her eyes and nodded. The staff were so rude. I ordered a quesadilla from the kids and she gave me one taco instead. She couldn't hear me because they had the music extremely loud. They all had attitudes. It was the worse experience ever.

The place is very dirty, food is everywhere. When they are serving you food, they are talking over it and there is nothing to protect your mouth. It even tastes very dirty.
90% of the time they are out of chips. The employees are rude and hate their jobs. Management needs to do BETTER
