They only have one person serving food, they’re unfair with the portions, give certain people more than others without paying extra and overall bad customer service don’t waste your time. Mind you food not even seasoned well it’s nasty, js don’t bother fr my first time going here too.

The team members who were serving the food, need to have an attitude adjustment and understand what customer service is. One thing I cannot stand is going to a restaurant or otherwise, and the staff make me the customer feel like they’re doing me a favor!!!!! The food quality and taste was not to the standards of the chipotle On Crossbay Blvd.

Completely dirty!! I stopped by before noticing the horrible reviews. I wish I noticed prior to going. EVERYTHING is dirty. The young lady serving the food was rude and did not have a hairnet on. Management needs to revamp this place ASAP. There is no reason this prime location is being operated as such. The health department would shut that place down in the condition I just witnessed. Never going back!!

On September 12th at 9 PM, I went to this restaurant and ordered one burrito and one chicken bowl, as I always do. When it came time to pay, I was assisted by an employee named Jaidae. I used Apple Pay, and after tapping my phone, she told me my card was declined and asked me to try again. I did, but later, when I checked my bank app in the car, I realized I had been charged twice.

I immediately went back to the restaurant, showed the issue, and Jaidae assured me it was just an error and that the charge would be refunded within three days. Three days passed—nothing. I went back to the store three different times, and each time I was met with excuses and no real help: “come back tomorrow” or “call customer service.” Why should I have to call customer service to fix a mistake caused by an employee?

After the fifth time going back and getting nowhere, I finally called customer service myself. They asked me to provide my receipt and a detailed explanation, which I did. Hours later, I received their so-called resolution: because it had already been three weeks, they claimed they could not refund me. Instead, they said they had “given feedback to the store.” That was their answer.

Frustrated, I called my bank and disputed the charge directly, which should never have been necessary in the first place. After this sea of irresponsibility, indifference, and unprofessionalism, I’ve made up my mind—I will never step foot in this restaurant again. From the service, to the management, to customer support, every part of this experience was absolutely pathetic.

every time I come to this chipotle, its a two man show...you have to wait too much time to get ur food, all for a plate that serves an infant not an adult. the girl that works in the front line is really nice but she needs help bc how y'all leaving her alone.. she can't do everything on her own especially when a line starts to form.
Also as someone who holds a food protection license, y'all gotta clean the tables up. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER

Service here is the slowest. It took us 30+ min to get our order that I had placed for pick up. After she made the bowl and quesadilla she then asked what else I had in my order. I don’t know about the AM team, but the PM teams’ service, speed and attention to their guest is severely lacking. I’d rather drive further to another location.
