Do not let others experiences deter you from coming here, 9x out of 10 it is people who feel entitled and are essentially blowing things out of proportion. Portions are fair, customer service is great if you want more simply ask. Also looking at the reviews a lot of the employees are minors and this is their first job so give grace. It’s not that deep. I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of time to pick up at 5:40 PM and they literally made me wait until 6:30 PM to get my order because they ran out of steak. You couldn’t tell me that earlier??? And on top of that, they forgot to add the cheese and it taste so stale. I’m so disappointed and the app would not refund my order or provide some type of compensation.

Chipotle refused to serve me an hour before closing even though all the food was still out and the doors were wide open. I politely asked if I could get a bowl and was met with nothing but attitude and a flat “no.” If you’re closed, then change the posted hours or lock the doors — don’t leave everything open and then treat customers like they’re the problem for asking. I was respectful the entire time and still got rude service. Completely unprofessional and misleading.

Beautiful new location, but the food was a major letdown. I ordered a $20 rice bowl with rice, salad, black beans, double chicken, and guacamole. The seasoning was overwhelmingly heavy on salt, making the entire bowl inedible. Every component was oversalted to the point where all flavor was lost.
Chipotle is known for bold but balanced flavors. This was just a salt bomb. A nice space and truly extraordinary staff do not make up for food quality this poor, especially at this price point. Disappointing experience overall.
