Do not let others experiences deter you from coming here, 9x out of 10 it is people who feel entitled and are essentially blowing things out of proportion. Portions are fair, customer service is great if you want more simply ask. Also looking at the reviews a lot of the employees are minors and this is their first job so give grace. It’s not that deep. Great establishment if you want chipotle this is the location to come to
I visited this location in May and wasn't impressed. I went again 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have been happy with my experience each time. The seasoning, temperature, and quality has been consistent. When they are out of an item, I've only had to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch to come out. The staff has been polite and helpful on each visit. Keep up the good work!
I drove uber here and an order was unfortunately taken by someone else. One of the top employees, Heidi, came in and handled everything professionally and was able to resolve the situation to help both me and the customer out super promptly. 100% recommend this chipotle location :)
