Super great place. The place gives off a good vibe as you walk in, has music playing and the store is well kept. The employees are friendly and serves in a good amount of time. The ice cream tastes amazing, and I really like the taste. This place is my go to ice cream place.

As soon as you go into the store theres an off-putting smell of a animal store, don't know if it's because Petco is nextdoor. Two doors down but still. Ordered the wafer cone in the large cup, the wafer taste like the the Petco too. The chocolate ice cream tasted like cheap plain ice cream. That's with three different toppings, I guess the wafer and smell just threw me off. must say I'll stick to my $9 pint of Haagen daz all day then to ever again go to cold stone to get robbed of quality and quantity.

Don’t order from here they will rob you. They put the ice cream in a smaller container and then put the smaller container into the larger container to fill it out. They then charged me for the bigger container. See pictures for proof.

ordered something the was still available on the app but the store knew they didn’t have ,they still processed and accepted the order and they were not trying to give my money back .. when i politely asked for a refund they tried to send something else i didn’t want and after telling them no they hung up and i still did not receive my money

My mom and I have been to this store years ago during the summertime and bought 2 strawberry ice cream with nuts and stayed in. The ice cream was wonderful and tasty. There were people there staying and eating or drinking.

Today, I visited a Cold Stone location and was told that I could not order the “Like It” (small) size. The employee said they were only allowed to serve medium or large, which I found confusing since every other Cold Stone I’ve been to allows customers to choose their preferred size.

When I questioned this, the employee said it was the manager’s policy and that they weren’t allowed to serve the small size. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told they weren’t present. Another worker mentioned the manager might come in later—which I also found unprofessional, because why isn’t there a supervisor on site?

To add to the experience, I asked for a cone and was told they had none available. I now understand why this location has a grade pending and a “Now Hiring” sign—they clearly need better staffing and service if they’re unable to offer basic items on the menu.

The only solution I was offered was to email, so I’m doing just that. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.

OHH! And to add more, you can actually order a like it on DoorDash so now I’m confused I have to pay more money through DoorDash fees to get the size I want, but if I come to the store, I’m not able to? Scam? I’ll add that to my email

So I came to order an ice cream and the person just wanted to serve me the ice cream not even asking me. Do you want to do add-ons or anything? I got one scoop when I said two scoops so basically I took what they gave me not what I wanted and then it was like I’m begging, or asking for any add-ons for free because she even made a face, but she had to put my add-ons that I had wanted, which was Three I feel like if they’re not in the mood to work or don’t like this job they shouldn’t be here horrible experience prior been here before I haven’t had this experience before until now and for the price it should be at least a good customer service

After 3 years of not posting a comment, update, I went today and the truth was it was a disappointment, my banana caramel crunch ice cream did not have caramel 😖😖. :////://

I visited the Howard Beach location yesterday around 3:45-3:50. Upon entering I noticed the Grade Pending Health Rating which should’ve turned me around but it didn’t. I had a sweet tooth. ?

I ordered a like it cheese cake w/Two Add ins ??in a waffle cone. I was told to order & get a waffle cone I must order love it or gotta have it!

I replied “not true, this is my staple order and have never been told this”. He continued to place my order as requested. It is then that I requested he wear gloves as he was peeling my banana with his bear hands. He obliged, but the interaction made me feel very uncomfortable.

I was so thrown off I forgot to mention my points. This is not the first time , I wasn’t asked about my points at this location. The last time he just ( same guy) just laughed and said next time say it before you pay.

This will be the last time I visit this location. The customer service & lack of cleanliness just doesn’t sit right with me.

The food at this place is awesome because the things are made fresh daily. The service is good and fast. The atmosphere can be quiet or noisy.

Parking: This store has a parking lot and shares with stores. The parking is free and plenty of spaces and is next to PETCO.
