This is the worst Cold Stone that I have ever ordered from.I waited for over an hour for $50 worth of ice cream and when it arrived, nothing was correct. And it all went into the garbage.How difficult is it to scoop up ice cream and put it into a cup? Apparently, it is super complicated. You need a PHD to do it correctly. I will never order from here again.

I went to coldstone around 10:30 I bought a small banana pudding ice cream , a small strawberry milkshake , and a small cookies and cream ice cream. First instead of the cookies and cream they gave me vanilla and while eating both ice creams I found a hair in both after spending $30 dollars. And the service was very unorganized and only one person was taking orders

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Terrible customer service and the ice cream was melted. The associates were in happy made us feel terrible the gentleman on this picture was very rude and also said he hates his job we paid a lot of money for our ice cream to be melted avoid going here

This is zero star rating , I was a customer and seen this guy itch his nose and didn’t wear any gloves when making someone ice cream . I have the full video and I will be reporting and calling the Department of health and mental hygiene. This man is extremely rude and disrespectful. It was extremely gross to see that at 10:04 pm at night!!!

i ordered a love it & I swear she barely put ice cream in the cup . I was highly disappointed with the amount that was put in the cup & when ask for a little bit more they got defensive as if its coming out their pocket smh 10$ at that

The server was rude off the bat! I told him I wanted 3 small ice creams I think its called I like it in the waffle cone but he kept on insisting on the bowl no matter how many times I said cones so I ended up saying whatever and getting the waffle bowl. He ended up serving whatever size he wanted I ended up getting and paying for the largest size in burnt waffle bowls. So burnt they tasted nasty not edible, we ended up throwing them away ?and the ice cream was on the melted size dripping all over us worst $35 spent
Idk what is it with this location and the phone but I been ordering from here for years and the phone is always an issue . Can never reach anyone . The service seems like I’ll have some issue or I’ll be left without a cake and or unhappy. No call or response to my inquiries. I work everyday no way I can keep calling them all day . My order was placed Friday I hope to retrieve I hope I get my cake and I hope it’s delicious because it seems the store may give me issues !

A bunch a rude teenagers. When I bring my black friends there, they ignore them or serve them last. When I bought my friend there, they ignored her, and when made her ice cream kept making it wrong, talking over the ice cream, while snicker ran, and laughing with another worker and looking at my friend weird. When we finished our order, they told us that they didn’t take Apple Pay so we had to run across the street and take out money. When I came back and told them that they should have signs up saying no Apple Pay. The girl was very rude and said we have a whole bunch of signs up. But there was not one sign up so she looked at her friend and giggled and said they must’ve took them all down And I could not enjoy my ice cream she put random things in there that I did not ask for.

If you are going to charge $30 for two cups of ice cream, at least have your freezer working & your options in stock. One freezer was broken at this Coldstone, so half the flavors were not an option. Additionally, they had no rainbow sprinkles or waffle cones. Nor were we offered a receipt or given a spoon for my partners ice cream. The staff seemed overwhelmed & disorganized. Better luck elsewhere... Louie Gs is just up the block!

Literally the worst Cold Stone. The guy working there doesn't even care. Small portions for a Large for $10 about the size of one regular scoop. The worker says to me that the Barbie ice cream is not available until the 21st meanwhile the Barbie cups are right next to the other cups and the pick cotton candy ice cream is there as well. Terrible will never go there again.
