They always get my order wrong, Very inconsistent their listening skills are horrible. This is mostly during the afternoon i recommend coming in the morning instead.

I just spent almost 25 dollars for 3 coffees and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I got home and had to throw away everything. The coffee was undrinkable and the bagel was hard as a rock. I will never go back to this Dunkin. They need better service as well.

I visited this Dunkin’ location for a hot latte and received a cup that was barely filled. I also ordered a pink refresher with less ice, yet it was served with almost a full cup of ice. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

Today morning I went to the Dunkin July 26th morning shift lady Bangladeshi staff she was being rude saying a lot of bad words in bangla and English to if you guys want you guys can check the camera, I told her I didn’t want the donate anymore but still she was being rude, which isn’t right, as far as I know I’m your guys customer you guys should give us respect but today was insane you guys should take action before you guys lose your guys customers

Idk what was going on today but my coffee was nasty as hell I asked for a ice coffee sweet with wiped cream milk and sweetend it tasted like I was drinking tar...it was unsweetened and very unsweetened I didn't realize it because I was running late for work cheak before u leave the store...👎🏽👎🏽

Latte machine is always broken, they let you wait in line and don't say anything until you order. Maybe put up a sign and stop wasting peoples time.
