Good service the young is the best

This place added a tip automatically when it was a party of 2. They charged me 11$ and the chef was very quiet and not entertaining, looked like he didn’t want to be there. Very disappointing and I won’t be going there ever again or recommend it to anyone.

When we first got there it was empty, the cook took a long time to come out, we are eating our food and little pieces of egg shells were in my mouth, and the worst of all was there was a 11$ tip I did not approve of and when I revived my change I realized they had added 11$ on top of my 67$ order. Honestly they should re think that because they have lost customers for this reason.

Rude staff on the phone regarding professionalism they stated they had 11 people dining in and that they can't service us
I’ve been here before and I had a lovely experience today until I received my bill and a 18% tip had already been added. Typically a tip is added for a party of 6 or more. It was never mentioned beforehand (in person or on their menu) and I was a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) I think Hagane needs to rethink this practice.
