I placed three online orders, upon arrival, i gave my name and asked for my order. A female employee and a guys with durag on his head were very rude. They say they dont have any order unfer that name. Eventually they found .They gave me my order. Wheni get to my car there were only two orders. I went back in to ask for my third order, the guy with the durag who i think is the manager got very aggressive acting as if I am a fraud or something. He finally found my order. I don't recommend this location. The employees don't know how to act with customer. They all need some training in customer service. Especially the manager (durag guy)

I'm the first customer at the Howard beach place, opened at 10:30am i walked in and asked for the $10 Tuesday special, and still had to wait about 15 minutes, they are open but they are never ready, this is not the first time, and please stop the bs about they are cooking it fresh, if they open at 10:30 it should be ready to go, people getting to work this is not a fast food kfc.

UI don’t know if I’d recommend this KFC. The employees behind the counter were on their phones, complaining about other workers not showing up, and overall came off as rude and unprofessional. They also don’t seem to listen the first time you have to repeat yourself, and when you do, they’ll either ignore you or respond rudely with “I heard you the first time,” only to still get your order wrong because they clearly weren’t paying attention.
The wait time is just as frustrating. Even if you place a mobile order, you’ll be waiting. I’d suggest ordering at least 25 minutes before you arrive, because the food won’t be ready when the app says it is.
On the bright side, the food does come out fresh probably because by the time they finally make your order, they’ve run out of whatever was sitting out before. So yes, the food is fresh, but the service is unprofessional, rude, and slow.

I usually leave positive reviews, but my experience at this location was disturbing. While staying at a nearby motel, I came in and calmly asked about food that was missing from my order. The man behind the counter looked me in the face and called me a racial slur — not under his breath, but directly to me.
I reported this incident to corporate, expecting some level of accountability, but I never received a response. That silence only adds to the harm.
No customer should ever be spoken to like that. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
