I was really looking forward to trying this but unfortunately everything i ordered was cold and hard as a rock. Avoid getting it delivered if you can, try it in person for a better experience maybe. The iced coffee sucks tho, there’s no fixing that lol.

Over cooked bagels and very condescending manager! Ordered online, picked up my bagels and when I got home I realized the 6 bagels at the bottom of the bag were very, very dark and even difficult to cut. I called the store and the manager kept telling me that I didn’t know what a normal bagel was and that the over cooked bagels were perfectly fine! Generally speaking, I don’t serve bagels that are this difficult to cut to my company! Very poor customer service!!

I was charged $8.17 for a LG coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. No way am I going back there.

We went in on Wednesday morning for bagel sandwiches and home fries. We got custom order sandwiches. I got lox, egg and cream cheese. The eggs could have used salt. Overall not bad. The home fries were not great. A lot of the pieces were undercooked and under seasoned. The staff were really nice though.

Love Old Country Bagels. There crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The best bagels in Howard Beach. Stop by and grab a dozen.
