They have low standards. When I got home, the box of barbecue chicken I had paid for was missing.

Upon entering the establishment I noticed it was clean except for a single overflowing trash receptacle, I went to the restroom, which was quite well kept. As I approached the register to peruse the menu I aggressively told in a thick accent by the young woman behind the counter to place my order at the kiosk, which is when my wife and I realized there were a few kiosks on which nothing on the menu is listed in any way similar to the main menu at counter, so it actually made things slower, and a note to the Management/proprietor, not everyone can or wants to use a kiosk, consider every possible customer. The wings ordered by wife were rather dry and was just fried wings with bbq sauce laid over, my two piece spicy meal was done right, and the fries were very good. The best thing about the place was the ambiance, and the outside seating area must be quite busy in the summer.

Worse customer service, untrained employee with non-responsible GM name MD. Hossain. This people don’t know how to talk with customer. They literally don’t have any manners. Girls work to the front side she totally don’t know to knock the restroom door before open with the key. Also they come to yell and Argue with me. I wanted to order food but totally disappointed with them.

Absurdly slow. So many people working here and chatting. Not fast food.

My mom and I came to this store for lunch many years ago and my mom ordered 4 pieces of chicken, french fries, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and a small drink. The food tasted wonderful and the service was fast and the atmosphere was quiet.

I did not get a chance to taste the food because the VERY rude manager Ali Mohammed refused to take my $50 dollar bill because it was old even though he acknowledged he knew it was real . I just got the bill from the bank down the block . I could have paid with a card but I refused to do that because he didn't want to take a perfectly legitimate bill .. I went down the block to McDonald's and had no problem . This establishment is run very poorly I will never go back to this Popeyes and either will my family .

The staff needs retraining.
Tied to fit a 12 piece family meal chicken & biscuits into 1 box. Biscuits ruined. Service staff was rude when customers inquired about deals. The wait was very long for a 4 of us waiting. Disappointing.
