Thank you, Ray for the cowboy steaks. They were absolutely delicious. I came in wanting to get tomahawks and you told me about the cowboy steaks. You cut them fresh for me. What a great guy once again thank you Ray for making my party a success today the steaks were phenomenal. You told me how to cook them. They were absolutely perfect thanks to you ! ! !

I go to the meat department for all the various cuts I'll need. Ray is a great guy with good advice on what to get and how to cook it! Stand outs are the Traditional Italian sausage, Porchetta, and NY Strip!

Don't even bother. Since Mike is gone, this place has gone downhill. The other day my husband had to eat something. So I told him to get a sandwich at Sals. He got sausage peppers and onions All they keep telling him was that "It's Pasquale 's recipe " what a crock!! I took a bite and the red sauce was disgusting. I had such bad indigestion it required about 10 tums. But the kicker was my husband got the worst case of food poisoning. That was the only thing he eat all day. Sandwich at 4pm. Vomiting all night and part of the next day. Don't go there!!!

Not everyone wears mask properly, many people in the kitchen don't cover their nose with a mask. They don't enforce mask policies on their customers.
