I come to pick up, I can see the order is ready. But the counters are busy telling the stories of their life's. If I don't ask like hello I been standing here for more than 10 min they finally handed me the order. Wasted time is not ok.

They favor their customers at this location...I came in to order a cake stood in line like everyone else waiting on my turn to order ...someone came behind me...I was ready to order he said hold on and took the person order from behind of me , made his coffee and whatever else he needed then came to take my order even tho I was there waiting 15 minutes patiently...very unprofessional and not good for service we are all equal!

In response to the custom cake order, it was not, and you hadn't known that before, because you just took the guy from behind me!! It was a cake in the show case and your customer didn't just order a coffee!! Let's be honest and real..you should have one of your staff assist with the person behind me because you were handling the line...very unprofessional especially since your establishment has been up and running so long...this is the year 2025 do better... learn from your reviews!!!!

So where do I begin and where do I end walking into your bakery feeling welcome by your staff so loving kind caring and all about saying hello is where you get me that's where it all begins today I just want to say it was a very very special day very very special time for me to buy things for my three little beautiful girls and for my wife which was devoured in a matter of 2 and 1/2 minutes by bringing this home you made a very very special Valentine's Day for my kids I don't even know where to begin with your food but just to say that it was absolutely excellent your cheesecake is out of this world I hope that you guys make it on the TV one day and really show the world what a real cheesecake is about Juniors has nothing on you guys from when I first began to when I walk in and to when I left was absolutely magical and just amazing I just want to thank you all staff for making this very very special day special for me and my family I would recommend this place to anybody you are also special and so amazing from the bottom of my heart you're not humans you're all angels that work there my name is Joseph you guys made this very special for meyou guys don't get 100 out of 100 you guys get a million out of a zillion out of a billion rating from me there is no 1 to 10 here there's one to Infinity and that's what you guys deserve you deserve everything and more thank you for making my day special I will be ordering out daughters communion cake even though we love 62.5 miles away it will be worth everyday dollar ,so let's start the list

Not impressed . Service is slow and terrible . No one asked me if I was being helped . Coffee served cold . Wouldn't recommend

I decided to come solely for a muffin. I walked in and stood under the sign that read, "Line for everything." I waited patiently while two other gentlemen were being rung up at the register. They were well staffed and were even able to take care of a mobile order. After the gentlemen were done, no one had even addressed me. I walked out. Zero for customer service. I usually don't write reviews, and I know Sugar Bun gets great reviews from locals, but I'll never come back here again.

Edit: Dear business owner, it is not on the customer to announce themselves. It's called customer service. A customer should not be waiting so long that they walk out because they weren't greeted. It's not a grab and go deli. As a business owner, perhaps you should have said, "We're sorry for your experience, sir. We would love to make it up to you." Based on your other responses to reviews and my experience, I made the right choice. Good day and good luck!

I am not a sugar head, but I will be stopping there more often. The staff is inviting and helpful.

horrible service! ordered over phone for pickup, received someone elses order i had to return back to exchange and then was given my order not the way i asked. fries soggy as ever and sanwhich the complete opposite of what i asked. couldnt follow simple directions and didnt seem to apologetic either. dont waste your time here

Really lost for words,as I walked in a worker seemed to be getting scolded badly..Very unprofessional as what I was witnessing shouldve been privately..I ordered a black coffee as Im lactose and was given one with half & half or whole milk,not to sure but because of it I had to call out from work for getting the runs.NEVER,and I mean never again.

I purchased a lemon coconut cake for a family event today (Saturday, December 14th). The cake that was given to us was spoiled. My family members were all talking about it. It was an embarrassing experience as I cut a piece and smelled it myself. Please check the freshness of your baked goods.

I love supporting local businesses over buying stuff from Whole Foods. I assume it was a bad luck on this instance.
