stop in on saturday and sunday both days the staff was rude lazy and nasty. have small kids and older people inside and staff does nothing to try to help them. could be a like cleaner have staf members yelling at each other i will not go back at all for two days of the staff members and mangers are rude.
Parking: parking sucks cant find parking at all had to walk 2 blocks away
very rude kids working there didnt look happy working very lazy old man yelling as customer are in the store old woman always walking in out of the store i have small kids . i will never go here again.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. I had a long international layover at JFK and decided to grab ice cream from this place after reading “the good reviews “since they didn’t exist when I lived in the area. Biggest mistake . Aside from the quality of this ice cream being close to mediocre, just real bad flavor ,the short older female employee around her 60s with the dentures behind the counter needs some serious customer service training . This type of employee would not have lasted one day working for me . This person was just rude to everyone and everything that encountered her. It was sad and embarrassing .If I’m ever in town again in the near future I’ll stop by Uncle Louie Gs instead who have been here for ever and whose shoes are hard to fill .Lesson of the night ? Stick to what you know !!!

Workers there from the Sunday crew are very unprofessional and unkind. Especially the short tannish lady with the ponytail. I was looking forward in enjoying some desert in a nice setting but was very disappointed. Would not recommend anybody to this place ever.

No signs saying dogs aren’t allowed, and the lady at the counter waited to tell me about their no dog policy until it was time to check out. I brought my dog with me and the workers said nothing when entering and waited until after payment to let me know. I probably wouldn’t have purchased my take out frozen yogurt if I had known beforehand. They had a large varieties of toppings. Only two handfuls of selection from frozen yogurt flavors.

Cute little fro-yo & dessert spot. all the treats looked fresh and the frozen yogurt was good ?
The staff is super nice here and will help you out and go out of their way to make you happy. They made sure to get my dog a bit of ice cream when we could not bring him inside. One of the staff even came out and helped me put the trash and the trash can because my dog was a bit much.

The rat yes rat I saw tonight inside this place could do a better job running this store. Totally disgusting and the staff was laughing and taking selfies. Fire everyone and get an exterminator this place must be infested.
