This place must have changed owners. The food used to be fresh and good, but now it’s terrible. Yesterday, I got an order that wasn’t fresh, and it ended with me vomiting. I will never buy anything there again, and I don’t recommend anyone experience how I’ve been feeling since. This is a lack of respect for the customer.

This business is actually ripping off (over charging) their customers and need to be reported. Pay attention to the prices on the menu. Even after you add tax to their menu prices they're still charging you more. When you ask for an explanation, then they'll give you the money back that they overcharged you. It happened to me twice. The second time I just requested a full refund and decided not to further patronize this business.

Beef and Broccoli is horrible the beef was pink I specifically told the lady on phone to make sure meat was well done as well as my chicken wings fried a little hard also hair on wings this was my second time ordering they just lost a customer no more.

My family and I have been coming here for years! Great spot. However, as of recently, some changes have been made, and not for the good. What happened to the wings? They are tiny! Shrimp in the dishes have dwindled. Lunch Soup size is smaller, and the crunchy noodles to add to the soup! I got 6!!!! Very disappointing. I hope Win Hou goes back to their previous service. My most recent order didn’t even give any fortune cookies. ?
