Yesterday I ordered an order of 1/2 fried chicken. It was inedible, the chicken was tough, the skin was like rubber. I have been a customer since 1969. Quality and everything else have gone down except the price.

The only problem I have is the last couple of months what I pay is always more than what everything adds up to. It's only a $1 to $1.50 each time, but it adds up. I thought maybe they raised their prices and they just haven't updated the menu that they always give you. We always do takeout, at least once a week. But I read another review on here that says it happens to him when he goes to the restaurant himself. We are loyal customers and always tip well. But if this is what they're going to do to their customers we will find some place else to order from. And not to start an argument, but I do not believe that the 20% of the bill tip applies to take out/delivery.. These are not waiters that actually served you. But I always tip $4-5 dollars on a $20-30 order.

My family and I have been ordering from Win Hou for many years. The food is always delicious and fresh and service is excellent. When I place an order by phone the meal is ready for pick up in 10-15 minutes. Excellent food and excellent service. 5 stars.

This place must have changed owners. The food used to be fresh and good, but now it’s terrible. Yesterday, I got an order that wasn’t fresh, and it ended with me vomiting. I will never buy anything there again, and I don’t recommend anyone experience how I’ve been feeling since. This is a lack of respect for the customer.

This business is actually ripping off (over charging) their customers and need to be reported. Pay attention to the prices on the menu. Even after you add tax to their menu prices they're still charging you more. When you ask for an explanation, then they'll give you the money back that they overcharged you. It happened to me twice. The second time I just requested a full refund and decided not to further patronize this business.
