Placed an order for delivery,told 40 minutes,waited over an hour and a half,still no delivery.I called and asked what was taking so long, then I was told they were on the way.Stuff that pizza bud, never again,place is a joke if you are short staffed tell the customer to pick up rather than wasting people's time over mediocre pizza.Should of ordered from stumpys anyways.

This is my favorite place to eat! Not only is the food always fresh, hot, and delicious. But the owners & staffing are exceptional! They all have amazing customer service! Everyone is very friendly, fast, and efficient. The store is clean and organized. I always have and always will recommend I love NY Pizza in Hudson Falls!
Honestly this is my favorite pizza shop. The vibe is there, the counter girls are on top of it and the food always hits. The owners really keep it together and give great service. If you havent stopped to talk to them you should. Amazing people including staff. The prices are efficient, even when ordering delivery, the fee is cheaper than every other place. You always get your food fresh and hot. If you haven't tried this shop yet, you should. You might make it your regular stop, I know I did.

It was so bad there was no sauce and a side of grease. So much grease on the pizza that the cheese just falls off will never eat here again

Ordered a LG pizza sausage and onion ! with tip $31 Totally Disgusting !!! Floppy Mess, Undercooked, NO visible sauce, The little flavor it had was off . This isn’t the first time but definitely our last tine !!!

So unfortunately I had to pick a star to leave a review one star is too much all we wanted was a pizza that was actually a pizza this came with no sauce undercooked and it look like all the toppings were just thrown on there somewhere in between the cooking and before they pull it out of the oven ridiculous never will order again

Ordered extra cheese pizza for pick-up. Certainly wasn't anything extra about the cheese and borderline burnt. Certainly won't be back.
A plus meal. We ordered pasta dishes, pizzas, garlic knots, calzones, appetizers for the whole family tonight. The food was hot flavorful and ready when we arrived to pick it up even with a dining room full of people. Staff was friendly helpful and accommodating with such a large order. Only downside was we live outside their delivery area!
