Excellent pizza, crust was perfectly cooked and they don't skimp on the toppings. Definitely a place to stop when I'm in town. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Im a regular customer and honestly the fact that they're not willing to split flavors on an order of 20 wings has be contemplating just driving to a business that is more customer friendly.

Original from Brooklyn.NYC and was in the Albany area for business and while working around Saratoga NY area I came across this pizzeria. And it was worth the try.Best pizza I have tried while in this area and Albany too. Authentic and not expensive I will give it 5 Stars all day.

My wife and I come in for a couple slices almost once a week. Last week, I got a hair in my slice. -Today, I noticed every food handler with a beard does not wear coverings as required by law. One of the fellows has a pretty wild and long red beard, just hanging out there, no covering at all. The FDA "REQUIRES all food handlers that have direct contact with food must wear hair restraints, such as hairnets, beard nets, and caps, that fully cover all exposed body hair. In addition to food, the hair restraints must effectively prevent contact with clean foodservice equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces." Until this issue is corrected, we will not be returning.

Pizza is good, never had much of an issue with it, only issue mainly is a lot of the female workers there are rude, entitled, and even heard one of them complain about a tip not being enough. Really ruins the reputation of this place.

I ordered pizza and boneless chicken wings. Well if I want home made boneless wing I would make them my self. I couldn't eat them gross.

I am really not the type to leave a review like this or complain but I called a order in at 6pm and told them hey I wanna pay in advance because I want to pick it up at 7pm and leave immediately because I had somewhere to be! The girl said yes we can do that…. Well when I got there 1. It wasn’t ready 2. 5 mins later they say garlic knots sold out just now …. I called a hour in advance to ensure everything would be ready well I agreed to wait …. 20 mins go by and still not ready. I said I gotta go I called a hour in advance for a reason not to be waiting 20 mins when I arrive. So I took my other items and left … A nice way to put it is please work on timing as a restaurant…. What would Gordon Ramsey say ?

The place was the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. The service was quick and the food came out fast and hot. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hudson Falls.
This is my 3rd time coming here and I am never disappointed. If you want a good slice of pizza , I highly recommend. 2 slices and a drink for 6.99. The slices are huge too.
