I usually visit the mall about once a month and always treat myself to pretzels. However, every time I ask for fresh pretzels, the attitude of the sales staff is unbelievable.
Yesterday, while waiting at the nail salon across from you, I decided to grab a pretzel as a little treat. I asked the young man at the counter for a fresh cinnamon pretzel, but he acted annoyed. He handed me a cinnamon pretzel with no sugar on it—the sugar had completely melted off, meaning it had likely been sitting there for hours. I decided not to bother with a refund, so I left with the pretzel but eventually returned to let him know it wasn’t good. and I threw it out in the garbage. I then ordered a salted pretzel instead.
Once again, the quality was terrible—there was barely any salt on it. I asked if I could have a fresh one this time, but the pretzel I received was hard as a rock. I threw it in the trash right in front of him and told him it wasn’t about the money—it’s about the service and quality. I explained that customers deserve fresh, well-prepared food, not subpar products served with an attitude.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and makes me question whether I’ll bother returning. cinnamon pretzel, salted pretzel lemonade $17 plus a three dollar tip and then you get an attitude.
I recently visited Auntie Anne’s, hoping to get a cinnamon pretzel, but my experience was disappointing. From the moment I approached the counter, the employee was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a cinnamon pretzel, she curtly informed me that they didn’t have any, despite the pretzels being ready. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just dip one in the cinnamon sugar, especially since the place was practically empty. This is the only location where I’ve encountered such poor service. Very disappointing!

This short, skinny, black hair girl is so unprofessional! Super lazy service and had no idea what she was doing. The girl from aunti Anne’s right in front of Macys.
Best pretzels
Very poor service, rude employees.
I went there to get some pretzels and the lady told me they were closed which is fine. Expect right after I walked away she served another customer and gave her the pretzel for free. Don’t say tour closed and then proceed to serve another customer. I love Auntie Anne’s but that was horrible service.
Overpriced but good old fashion pretzels please no mustard
