For one sandwich ( beacon, egg, cheese) I had to wait 25 minutes, it’s only one person in the kitchen, I don’t recommend this place

Food is good but I’m just trying to figure out what the hell is up with this staff lol everyone has an attitude and looks miserable. That’s enough to make me not want to come back. I keep giving it a try over and over but the experience just gets more and more verbally abusive and negative. Not how I want to start my day that’s for sure!!!!

The lady in the counter was lowkey rude when I asked what type of cream cheeses they have and while taking my order she was in a cranky mood. Let me not start with the damn bagel it was hard and old. Crème chesse tasted very old

The music is way too loud to hear the cashier, and turn the cashier's cranky and giving an attitude to customers. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich which is a staple in every deli and bagel store on Long Island. And she asked how I wanted my eggs prepared.
My response was the same way every other bagel store and Delia Long Island do it.. fried.

If you are any other minority than Spanish or white avoid at all costs on more than one occasion I was over looked for white customers or the Spanish customer by the Spanish employees or they allowed them to push their way in front of me.

The woman I placed our orders with rolled her eyes when I asked for two BECs with salt pepper and ketchup. After waiting 15 minutes the sandwiches finally came out. My fiancée and I also got an Arizona, a Snapple, a coffee and 2 small bags of chips. She was ringing us up and told me to not pay attention to what it says on the screen(where it says your total). So I was confused and I said okay… $40 for that stuff and the screen was correct. We sat down to eat and discovered there wasn’t any salt pepper or ketchup on the sandwiches. I figured whatever we have somewhere to be and we’re about to be late because we had to wait for the food and to be helped in the first place. I go to use the bathroom before leaving and I go to leave the bathroom and the deadbolt broke and I was locked in the bathroom. I had to text my fiancée and she told someone at the counter and she said they turned around to tell someone and they said “it’s the bathroom door again” like it’s something they deal with all the time. Luckily they knew how to get me out. I’m not one to post reviews about places but that was the cherry on top for me. Never coming back again and with all the other places in the area you can get a good egg sandwich, not get over charged and get locked in the bathroom, I recommend driving past this place.
