Lady was rude as hell. I came in to pick up an online order that I placed a few min beforehand and she was upset saying I just placed it and I had to wait. My plan was to just wait inside regardless, I wasn’t rushing anybody and didn’t say a word besides the name I was picking up for. Mind you, SHE was the one that asked me what i’m waiting on. I was just sitting there quietly and waiting. There was no need to get all crazy. Especially at 11am. Relax.

Food and bagels are good but wait times and correct orders are becoming frustrating. Ordering in store or online takes a really long time for simple bagel and spread, and every time we request modifications something is missing. For the price I’d hope they could have more efficient operations!

SHOUTHOUT TO THE STAFF!!! Specially Paula and Olga . I live out of town in Virginia but my parents live in Huntington, I continuously order to go and freeeze these bagels for when I am back in VA because they are simply the best . The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

Currently my pregnant wife lives of the bagels for breakfast, Paula specifically helped me out multiple times with large orders by individually wrapping each bagel so they would not only travel easier but so I can freeze them and I know both my wife and I and future baby appreciates this. This place is awesome and you should go !!!

Came here because goggle showed less expensive than other 2 places on rt 110 it's totally ridiculous that a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with a small coffee they charged me over $12 ?? I know business has to make a profit but that's crazy...

Great strawberry cream cheese rainbow bagel. Dining area tho just needed to be cleaned a little, a lot of breadcrumbs underneath the fridges across from the tables can be seen when sitting down.. something the staff should take more into consideration when time is available from behind the counter.

Not only did they charge me $20 for 2 egg sandwiches. I requested eggs fried with salt pepper and ketchup on each sandwich and they did not even have the descency to fry the eggs. This place used to be something nice now it is just absolutely disgusting.

spent $19.53 on just 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. nothing else. no home fries or anything. what bagel places have you ever been to that has these absurd prices. not even catz deli charges this much. extremely disappointing

This place needs to do better . I went there for chicken cutlet sandwich and that chicken was really old it was like purple color I couldn’t even get a bite of it. I paid almost 20 dollars for something went straight to garage I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s a lot of places way better around

We order bagels & pastries from this location 7 days a week at work and they're always very delicious!
