They haven't even earned the 1 star that I provided them. The cashier Zahid was incredibly rude and unhelpful. First, I ordered a frozen coffee and was charged for it. Then the cashier expressed, I'll just give you an iced coffee instead. I was confused and thought he might be joking-- he wasn't. I politely expressed that I'd prefer to stick with my original order. I waited at pick up and observed 3 customers who came in after me get served. I then approached the counter and asked about the status of my drink. Zahid ignored me and pretended I was not there. Zahid expressed that I did not order and he did not charge me. I was really confused at this point. I even showed him how the balance on my Dunkin app had changed. I decided to leave because there was no point in arguing with him. I went in hoping for an afternoon pick me up but was livid by the end of my visit. It was honestly the worse experience I have ever had at Dunkin. So bizarre! I will never be returning again!!!

Gross location, the parking lot is disgusting, garbage everywhere. The inside is just as bad, unclean and disorganized.

Walking into Dunkin' Donut's and picking my mobil order in English. The Hispanic Cashier told me, "I don't speak Chinese!" Immediately. I told her, "I am speaking English!" Then walked towards to the other cashier. I ordered a signature latte by mobil App. But she had a cold drink with the "signature latte "tag ready. I asked her is this a hot coffee? She looked at the tag and made a new drink for me without saying anything. Of course, no apology neither. I felt the drink was so light, so I opened the lid. To my surprise, there was only less then 2/3 cups of coffee!!!! Maybe it's only a half cup. I totally understand the cream will disappear. I will accept a little less, but not an only half cup coffee!!!!!! Today is not my day! Visit store on 11/09/2021.

Went there and bought a hand packed quart and got home the container is only filled 2/3 and I didn’t get receipt so I can’t even do anything about it...
