Food was ok. Nothing to bring me back though. Unnecessarily complicated menu. Server was nice. Cocktails were good. Air conditioning was not on. It was hot out today.

OK, where do I begin? It took forever to get the food. The food was overpriced. By the time I got the food. The bread was soggy. I don’t know really what to think. Maybe this isn’t for me. I don’t understand how the business model makes sense you could end up with a $50 burger. It doesn’t taste like a $50 burger burger city is a better deal. It’s not as healthy but this doesn’t even taste like a good healthy burger I’ve had healthy burgers before that taste good so I don’t really know and they don’t even cook in beef tallow so I don’t even know honestly like I said very confused and have this place is still in business could not begin to give this place more than a one

We have tried so hard to like this location bc its more convenient to get to than Deer Park. Unfortunately, the order is almost always wrong, yesterday they reversed the counts of requested items, the french fries are always overcooked (like dry and gross inside), and the handle on allergy precautions does not instill confidence. The quality of service is not consistent either. We do love the Deer Park location, and will just have to use that location.

Okay soooooooo - WOW. I met a friend here because she wanted a burger & a bar, so she decided this is where we'd go before an outing, and I can't thank her enough!
I got the Elk Burger (not the pre-built one on their menu) and she got the smash burger. We got the Tots, Hand Cut (!!!!) Fries and their onion rings. We we given a Chipotle Ketchup,a garlic boiling and then their sauce in a squeeze bottle.
There was not a singular thing I hated. The Elk Burger was PHENOMENAL to the point, that I wanted to order a 2nd one.
And Stephanie, our bartender was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She was personable, attentive and when we saw the bill I was shocked - in the best way possible. All that food, my friend had 2 blueberry gin drinks and I had 2 glasses of wine (they serve organic wine btw and the Pino Grigio was amazing) and with the happy hour pricing, it came to $100 for the two of us.
We can't wait to go back and work our way thru the menu. An absolute GEM of a place, and one I wish this Island had more of.

Their burgers are consistently tasty and well prepared. Sweet potato fries are crispy and well done. New waitress is a huge improvement over the previous ones I had. She was super attentive and showed she had experience taking orders and handling all our questions, concerns and inquiries. Overall a very good experience!

Fries were good, dips were also a nice addition. My nephew and daughter got the grilled cheese which used large, thick bread which they loved. Gluten free fryer allowed the fries to be gluten free so my daughter’s either celiac were very happy! Chicken tenders were gluten free as well and portion was large! Fries and Frings (half fries, half onion rings) serving was large enough to be shared by two.

This is our 1st time at Burger Village and there is nothing to complain about. Everything was made quick but perfect with such good taste. Very happy with our first experience. Will deff come back!
