I have never been to a butcher shop and this is the first time I have ever been to one. I met Joe the owner and he was fantastic. He explained exactly what meats I should get and how I should cook them and at what temperature. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Not only that he gave me a few stuffed mushrooms for my first time purchase. The customer service is absolutely amazing here. Every time that I need to purchase meat I will not go anywhere but here. Thankyou so much for your amazing service.

The very best quality and value in the area. The Prime Reserve Pork Chops are incredible. Burger blends all unique and top quality. Their prime steaks especially the Ribeyes are some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. 1.5” thick perfect for reverse searing and cast iron finishing to perfection that steakhouses can’t deliver. Fantastic text message specials of the day. Best part is it’s family owned and operated and everyone is super friendly every time I go in to visit. Joe and his son are always there working! 6 stars for C&C

I am a customer of C & C, but this was my first time ordering a cooked Thanksgiving turkey. It will definitely be my last. We were told it could be served at room temperature, but my preference was to have it heated, so I was told to heat for 20 minutes at 350. To my dismay, when we took the turkey out of the pan to put it in the oven, it was raw. All my sides were almost cooked and I had guests waiting, and now I have a raw 12 pound turkey. After it was in the oven for 2 1/2 hours, we were finally able to eat it. Too bad it wasn't a complete and on time meal. Like most, we like to have our turkey and sides at the same time - not this year. Fortunately I did not serve my guests the turkey at room temperature. Can you imagine how sick we all could have been? It was the biggest waste of $112. Very very disappointed.EDIT: How ironic... all the good reviews get responses within 24 hours, but they have nothing to say to rectify a horrible experience. That's fine - I live in the area, and not only have I been sharing what happened on Thanksgiving, but I also elaborate about their lack of customer service.

Tonight I had a taste of a Grilled Veal Chop Pizzaola from this butcher , he came recommended I can honestly say this melt in your mouth Veal was fantastic ( a word that I rarely use ). Next I'm looking forward to trying the Prime Hanger and the Reserve Pork Chop . Well done sir . That's my photo with the fries on your Photo section .

Update: I appreciate the owner trying to rectify things about my experience. Unfortunately, no there was no extra ground meat. Both BPV & ground sirloin were packed as “2lbs.” Both were short. Maybe I will give another shot when grilling season comes back around. As of now, not inclined to give this place another shot. Good luck with everything!I'm torn writing this review. As a small business owner in the hospitality industry, I know & understand how tough things have been. But when I feel let down by another local business, I think people should know. On a neighbor's recommendation, I gave C & C a try, hoping I'd found my new go-to butcher. Sadly, I was disappointed.I sprang for the "Plan Nine Freezer Menu" at $240, which was supposed to offer a variety of chicken, pork, beef, and sausages. A nice steak cut or two in the mix wouldn't have gone amiss. The chicken burgers were a letdown – bland and lacking freshness. I tried to overlook that, thinking maybe it was a one-off.Then, there were the two whole chickens. While the first one didn't leave any impression (which I suppose means it was okay), the second one was a different story. It was definitely past its prime by the time I got it, which is surprising given I live just 8 minutes away and stored it immediately. Even after a thorough cleaning, the off smell took over my kitchen when I tried cooking it in a stew. We resorted to takeout that night. To add insult to injury, the ground BPV mix, supposedly 2 pounds, was short by 10 ounces. And right now, as I pen this review, I'm defrosting the ground sirloin. The attached photo will show the marked weight against the actual one, with the unopened frozen package as proof that once again, I got less than what I paid for.I'll still give two stars, mainly because the in-store staff was genuinely kind. It's a shame the products didn't mirror that warmth.

They have a section of dried aged steaks, cheeses galoreAmple parking, affordable and pristine environment. The meat quality was great! They do catering and can accommodate any holiday party large or small needs.
