I ordered the whole fish ; seems like it was stale fish. I got terribly sick / stomach bug from it. Will not be having fish here.

Came for an event, so had a hold opportunity to taste a number of dishes. Calamari…was perfectly cooked. Fried veggies with Tahini app was a highlight. Short rib was cooked perfectly in a lovely red wine sauce. Risotto lovely, gnocchi (and my mom makes gnocchi from scratch so I know my gnocchi) fab…can’t wait to come back,

Servers were most attentive and food was delicious. The Zucchini Fritti appetizer, is ?the Best. Also, the Eggplant Rollatini appetizer is delicious. For dessert Panna Cotta for dessert had delicious, fresh Berries with fresh tasting cream.

I am not a person who minds spending on a meal, however I believe fervently that Carpaccio's is trying to be all things to all people. This is not a New York City bistro, nor is it a moderately priced Long Island restaurant. The food is good, but when the bill arrived I was absolutely floored. The prices are high in my opinion and they simply do not warrant such given what I experienced. Would I go again? Maybe, but I certainly would read more and accept 'suggestions' less.

I went to Carpaccio in Huntington Station for lunch at 12 pm on a Saturday back in November, and it was an amazing overall experience. Joshua, our waiter, had greeted us with a warm welcome, and he really made us feel at home right away. Joshua was very friendly and had us laughing throughout our dining experience there with his great sense of humor.Carpaccio's all year-round Lunch Price-Fixe menu is quite an excellent value, as it offers an appetizer, a meal, and a dessert all for $25. I strongly recommend Carpaccio, and I would ask for Joshua if you are looking for a great waiter who can help enhance The True Saturday Lunch Dining Experience at Carpaccio in Huntington Station!

The waitress has no idea what she was doing. Needed to speak to a manager to get “red sauce”. Once server knew we were annoyed she basically disappeared. Food wait time was very slow considering it was empty. They messed up my dish and I couldn't even get a replacement because they ran out of food!

Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Servers were very nice, and the food was outstanding......one chicken parm dinner (with plenty for leftovers!) and one shrimp risotto with spinach and feta & goat cheese - both delicious! Prices were expected, maybe even better considering the leftovers we had that fed us for another day. The risotto was so good I was already looking forward to lunch at work the next day :)

It was strangely empty but possibly bc it was day after valentines. We chose a bottle of wine which turns out they didn't have. Then chose another and they didn't have. That was even more strange and now comical. Had to settle on what they gave us as a recommendation. I didn't want to reject it at that point. Food was fine.

I read on some reviews that people were disappointing with the service and food. Well when I went for Valentine's Day it was absolutely amazing. The service was great. The food came out fast. Everything was delicious. Sorry people had a bad experience but I'm giving this a four star rating.????

We went for a nice birthday dinner and there was a birthday party going on in the bar area and the side left room with massive amount of people and a DJ . The music was extremely loud that our party of 3 could not even hear each other talking. When we mentioned this to the manager, Rubin, he was very rude to us asking " well didn't you see the amount of people here when you walked in?" NO, we did not, as the party hadn't started yet. Just a very rude manager he could have told them to tone it down as the other tables eating there as well were also complaining about it. It was so loud that the wait staff messed up on some of our order because they couldn't even hear us talking. The manager could have just apologized and gave us some sort of credit for another meal under quiet circumstances.

Waited 12 minutes just to get bread. Waited 24 minutes for appetizers. Waited 36 minutes for entrees. Loss appetite from waiting so long and the flow of food coming out was a mess.

Food was garbage for the price you pay. The food took forever to come out even though we ordered right after being seated. Mind you that was at 6:30. But our dinner didn't even come out until 8:15. The manager didn't even seem to care. Only after seeing us pay and get up to wear our jackets did he come over and say sorry. Like where were you the whole night.
