Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Well firstly I would just like to say the food was the best part of the meal. However the speed it came out was way too fast at one point about 40 minutes in to the experience they stopped coming around all together to try and flip our table. We were 5 people and everyone of us eats at a different pace. Now on to service well as a former waitress myself I was expecting great service well that fell the most short. We would ask our server genesis for something and wouldn't get it and would have to pull one of the other servers in the area over for it. She was absolutely the worst server I have ever had in my life. The bartenders were absolutely awful taking 15 minutes to push 5 drinks out when there were 3 of you behind it and a half empty restaurant is ridiculous. As a former waitress support your local Brazilian and Portuguese steakhouses and leave the chain ones!

We LOVED the diner yesterday. Steak was excellent and tender. Service was great. I can't wait to come back!

the bait and switch with pricing. On the internet price was different. In restaurant the pricing was double.

Honestly, I've been going to this place for YEARS. This is always our go-to for special occasions. Usually the food is outstanding and the service is impeccable. This time, my husband and I went for our anniversary, we were so excited. We left completely and totally disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very nice and friendly, I have NO complaints about the staff they're great. But the experience was bad from the beginning. We sat down and waited for almost 30 mins before anyone came over and took our drink order. We do the Full Churrasco which is about $73/person. Usually the WIDE variety of meats are amazing and delicious. This time it was the same 5 cuts of meat that were offered to us, and some of the main ones that we look forward to werent even brought over to us. One particular that I was looking forward to was the bacon wrapped chicken, actually we weren't offered any chicken at all. The rest of the meats we did have were decent but not outstanding the way they usually are. We kind of just stuck with the sirloin and the garlic steak. The market fresh buffet was decent with their options and Usually always fresh. Not much of a complaint there. Normally before you even begin your meal, they bring over 3 dishes, 1 of buttery mashed potatoes (delicious) and another with sweet plantains and then a little bowl of Brazilian cheese bread puffs (all of which are unlimited). We got the cheese bread throughout our meal, but they didn't bring over any of the mashed potatoes or the dish with the sweet plantains until we were totally done with our meal and were full and waiting for the check. And I was VERY disappointed with that because I enjoy eating the mashed potatoes with my meats. All in all for the price we paid and the experience we had, and the variety of options and quality of the meat, we both agreed that we would probably won't be coming back for a while. It's not a cheap experience and to leave as dissatisfied as we were, was just really upsetting.

Food came out extremely late. Full churassco meat reached my table 20 minutes after being seated.

I would def go back again. The salad bar was filled with high quality food and of course the meats were seasoned and cooked perfectly! Highly recommend trying !

Our server was good, but another gave us attitude when we told her the cheesy bread was hard . She said it comes that way and not sure if another batch would better. We have come here often, it is usually soft . Also, we came for a birthday. Informed everyone and no one remembered. We didn't make a fuss and didn't say anything . But a little disappointed .

I've been to the Huntington location plenty of times I usually sit at the bar which always provides extremely satisfying servers took my husband out for his birthday and the service was amazing. The waiter wish I got her name, but she was really really great.

We hadn't done Brazilian style in a long time, so I chose this for a birthday dinner. The ambience was good, not too noisy and very stylish. The food was excellent. Lots to choose from at the market table. The service was very friendly, but could be slow at times. I know many restaurants are short-staffed these days. Bottom line: I'd probably go back again, but maybe not for a year or so.

Food goid but had to ask manager to have service with meat carvings come over to our table numerous times times

Excellent food quality and pairings (I did a wine dinner) was very well done. The sommelier was very nice and engaging with all guests very nice experience!

We began at the bar and took a bit of time to be able to order our wine - once we did, it was delicious. Upon sitting for dinner we both ordered the Full Churrasco. The salad bar was ok. Our server asked if he could get us anything, we asked for water. Throughout the delicious meal, we had to keep asking for water and kept having to wait quite awhile for our glasses to be refilled. We asked for lamb after waiting about 30 minutes for it to come around. Finally it did- and was worth the wait. All the meats we were served were delicious. When we asked for the check, once again we had to wait and wait. The table to the right of us got theirs, then the table to the left got theirs. Finally after asking a third time (guess it is the magic number) we got ours. So, although our server was nice, he was not overly efficient.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Brazilian steakhouse. Unimpressive salad bar. Never received side dishes to go with meat until we were finished eating although we requested them from 3 different people. Cocktails were undrinkable. On a good note they took the cocktails off the bill as we didn't drink them.
