My family and I walked in on a Monday afternoon at 1:00pm. There was my immediate family and my parents who walked in first to get a table and my sister's family about 10 minutes behind for a total of 7 of us. At this time, we were the only ones at the front desk and I would estimate the restaurant to be about 1/2 or 2/3 full. There was no one else walking in behind us and the "manager" (I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he had red glasses) refused to seat us first (my parents, myself, and my daughter) and said we needed to have our whole party here to be seated. I said, "I can literally see open tables right there" and pointed to the area where there were several open tables. I also noticed several wait staff right at the kitchen counter area not looking busy at all. And no one else was walking into the restaurant. I mentioned all of this and politely asked, "Why can't we sit down first and start ordering? My sister is 5-10 minutes away." Despite there not being any signs that state this, he simply responded "it's our policy". This makes zero sense - tables are available, servers are available, and we have a hungry family ready to spend money to eat at your establishment. And again, there was no sign stating the "Entire party must be present to be seated" policy. A few minutes later, the manager simply walked to the back. I guess he had something else he had to tend to. But then Kenny to the rescue! He simply saw me and my family just standing there at the front desk looking dumbfounded as to why there's a family standing there and open tables available and asked if we want to be seated. I responded, "Yes". Kenny had no issues grabbing some menus and IMMEDIATELY walked us to our seats. I know he thought nothing of it. But given my experience with this the "manager" (who I don't know how he even got that position if he's not taking care of customers), Kenny was a breath of fresh air! 5 minutes later, my sister walked in with her kids and all was good from there. Food was great as usual and table service was good too. Sorry this review wasn't more about the food and table service but the "manager" left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to write this review to let others know to find Kenny and bypass the "manager".

Very nice and attentive staff. The restaurant was also clean. I was not impressed with the food though... It was nowhere near hot when we got served, almost cold, and the food was not very good. My Sunny side eggs we're not cooked all the way, and had to be sent back! This is the third time I've come here hoping that it would be different and the food is just not good here at all.

We went for brunch and this place was packed. The server was really helpful and prompt. The pancake is very soft and fluffy. We loved the French toast and the crepe. The pancakes, waffle and toast along with sausages paired well with black coffee.

Food was decently good.service was OK. They could update their POS system for splitting checks instead of people having to count how much they’re supposed to pay. DO NOT sit by the bathroom side because there was a strong foul smell while trying to eat. If you do manage to go try to pick a spot on the other side far away from the bathroom! I hope they are able to fix that issue.
