Initially the food/service was good. This is the 3rd, and final, time I said I'm never going back. The food is okay. The staff is in such a rush the orders are wrong. I don't know if they are pushed by the company to work at lightning speed, but I've been disappointed too many times. Too bad.

Terrible service and racist manager
Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey
Worst just salad on Long Island nobody there comprehends anything your saying & they always mess up your order, are short staffed, & running out of everything always. They haven’t had smoothies in like a month & on top of that every time I’ve eaten here I get so sick so pls be careful bc I do not feel good EVER which is why I stopped coming to this one

I’ve tried ordering from this location multiple times in the last few months and almost every time they mess up my order. Most of the time they disregard the ticket that specifically says what to include in the bowl, often I select and pay for extra dressing, and they do not provide it in my order (losing money when I paid for it to be included). Constantly something is being forgotten, they forget the tomatoes that I paid for to be included in my salad. They’ve also added things like chickpeas (not supposed to be in what I’m ordering) and included chicken, and I do not eat meat and requested it to not be included and made sure to deselect it from the option I am ordering. I almost always pay for extra dressing because they always forget to put ANY dressing on my bowl or include it on the side and I’ve called customer service multiple times to complain because what’s the point of getting a bowl or a salad with absolutely no dressing on it? As well a-lot of people have allergies today and when you include something, that’s not supposed to be there you’re putting people at risk as well as wasting their money on food. People with allergies or sensitivities should be able to order out and expect the order to be correct. Everything is written out on the tickets printed out to prepare the order and they completely disregard it. It’s really infuriating in today’s world that people are too lazy to read what is infront of them and do their job. I’ve wasted so much money giving them chances because I do like the food. I do not recommend ordering online (through the Just Salad app) ever from this location because you will most likely not get what you’re paying for. My suggestion to management is the properly train your employees thoroughly to make sure that they are preparing food correctly..

We have never been to a Just Salad location before. But tried the Shrewsbury, NJ location. Unfortunately our experience was not good. We placed our order online and picked it up 20 minutes later. The salads are small, not even visible from a side picture. Pictures were taken before we touched them, but i can not attach them on Facebook. They were absolutely not worth the price. Which was $33 for 2 Salads. The worst part was the missing ingredients. I got the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. It was missing the CHICKEN, corn and feta cheese. Also missing were my add-ons I chose of the Greek Medley (onions, peppers and chickpeas) and Tillamook White Cheddar cheese. My husband made his own salad. As you can see, it was mostly greens. His salad was missing Roasted Sweet Potatoes, sliced Apples and Avocado. I called the number to be told it was a call center and my choice was to get another order of our exact salads to go back to pick up, or email with pictures for a refund. No way to contact the actual location. When you have to come home to add things to your salad because the ingredients you paid for were not included, is ridiculous. I emailed for my refund. Well they offered me a coupon of $20 to expire in 2 weeks, or a refund to our payment method for the missing ingredients. No refund for our purchase as the call center representative stated. I asked for a full refund and got an email back with the $20 coupon. No apologies, no acknowledgement of what I wrote, and no notice that they would contact the location. Do not give this place your money. I will be giving the coupon to a coworker. I will not return! The salad places down the street in downtown Red Bank or across the street called "Greens and Grains" give better service and salads. Even Panera across the street would be a better option for a salad.

Quite honestly, I never leave reviews but this location has been annoying me. I think I’ve placed an order online around 5 times and every single time that I’ve ordered and paid extra for something, like extra bread, it’s missing. Not only do they not provide whatever I'm paying extra for they don’t even place the actual takeout order in a bag, so it’s frustrating coming in and seeing that every other order except mine is in a bag. This is what I get to take home. Not exactly sure what the issue is with this location but every other location I’ve been to doesn’t have the same issues.

Consistently inconsistent. I’ve gotten past their lateness on online orders. They just have never figured out the right process. I typically check my orders too because they’ve been wrong. This time I did not and should not have too. Read croutons, chicken, romaine in a wrap - this is not a difficult order to deliver. Instead - croutons, cheese, romaine. This was for someone who can’t eat cheese. Be more careful please in putting together the requested ingredients and delivering a decent food experience. We come to you for decent, quick, maybe healthier options. We need you to meet us there. It’s a shame. I won’t return. Do what you have to, we all have different experiences but this was over the top for me; it put pressure on where I needed to be that night and was a terrible inconvenience to find an incorrect order when returning home. Do better. Prices continue to rise, while service and sometimes quality and quantity continue to fall. Next time apologize. Take accountability.

The service was exellent! Rusbenia and the manager Nallely were very helpful in helping me pick toppings for my salad.The other girls were very welcoming as well. The food tasted very fresh and the location seem very clean and nice atmosphere!!

The experience at Just Salad was absolutely amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful, the atmosphere is very scenic, and the food is delicious. I will definitely be going back.
