The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I love just salad and specifically this location. The employees are super kind and friendly. Super happy and will pick Just Salad over other salad places due to kind service and environment
