I tried to give benefit of doubt of this location . Apparently it depends on who is taking your order or manager on duty that day. There are days where I get exceptional experience with the food order.Meaning it was fresh and juicy . Days where it wasn't to par,meaning it was tough ,stale and dry .Even when asked for fresh batch. For something I'd pay over $30 a bucket to sale event like $25.51 which was today for me. I don't like disappointment of experience. Ive usually enjoyed your kfc franchise but a let down.

Placed order with app and walked in a few min later. Store advised they have to see the order on the screen before they can start preparing the food. Meanwhile the cash register says Closed?Wasted 10 min and trying to ask for help they just continue chatting and having their dinner. This place is banned. The one in Jericho is the best.

I was literally having the worst day of my life today and all I wanted was a kfc bowl made a certain way and the guy made it for me no problem and I asked for extra gravy with my mashed potatoes and he gave me extra for sure- thank you kfc!!!

This is the third time I've experienced negligent service from the staff. The irresponsible staff doesn't know how to treat customers and always mixes up orders.

Customer service is bad I was told that I can not get what I order because at 7 something p.m they are no longer making Chicken and they are no where near closing the guy on the night of 9-24-23 Had a real attitude I will never go to this particular KFC I go regularly this was my first time at this location would not recommend!!!! Also prices are higher here even for the online set prices $10 bucket is 12 here
I was going to order tenders and spicy wings (both specials) online tonight and go pick them up. A disclaimer came up that some locations don't honor the online price. I got all the way to the point of paying for the order with a CC and still had no idea what the actual price at this location was. I tried calling the location two times and went into voicemail both times.I remembered that about a year ago I was being charged about $6 more than the online price when I got to KFC to pick up an order. I left the that order on the counter and emailed a complaint to the KFC customer service email and never got a response. I remembered that's why I hadn't gone back to them in a year.KFC is pretty much a bottom feeder fast food service.
