After looking around for a car at dealerships on Jericho Turnpike for weeks I stopped at HAM and met Jessica. She knew exactly what to do and searched high and low throughout the country for the car I wanted. The owners Moe and Willi personally made sure the car was brought across the country safely once secured. Jorge detailed my car so nicely you would not believe it was used. Jessica handled my finance part of the deal and was able to get me an interest rate I wasn't getting from the other dealers. The staff was not only professional but passionate about making sure I was not only in good hands but was treated like family. Buyers beware!!!!! The absolute worst. They kept my purchase for 2 months saying they were waiting for a part while they ran my credit 8 times. I had extremely great credit 756 until the sold my identity. I have no proof it was them but they are the only ones that had my license SS and email. Was able to track down a person in Florida who is currently using my license. Needless to say it’s all my problem. Yes police report was made. I’m working with a lawyer and the BBB. Stay far far away. Completely scammed!!!
