Terrible customer service, The manager does not know Health Laws.. When advised on something she had done wrong, her attitude got worse.!!! And she insisted she was doing nothing wrong...This manager took back food from 1 customer ( who was sitting at a table with her kids for more then 5 mins) and this manager put it back on the warming rack . Then she served it to another customer... As you know this goes against many health codes .. Mr. Kaufman I have seen many violations at this location. Commack Road and Motor Pwky..in Commack.. I hope these issues get addressed... Thank You for your time

Your night manager at 1999 Jericho is an unprofessional rude person. He thinks it’s okay to send Uber orders out in normal bags without being sealed. When I asked him to please use the proper bag and seal it, he contacted Uber and gave negative feedback that I was unprofessional for asking him to do his job correctly. I thought it was a dunkin donuts they had over here, anyway i was told to run out and get my wife dunkin iced coffee so i asked the employee to make me an iced coffee and just water it down. Anyway i got home, slipped it in an empty dunkin cup and she bought it. Thanks guys for getting me out of that mistake. Happy wife happy life you guys are great!

You store on Broadway in Amityville is the absolute worst store in the chain. They can't even manage to get an Uber eats order right. Last time I didn't get sauce for my son's nuggets, this time I didn't get his nuggets.
