Ordered mac and cheese for my daughter always do. They put bacon on the top. So I went back told the employee . She looked at me she is going to kill me. Didn’t say a word. Only spoke Spanish . I got the wrong order . She didn’t apologize at all , none of them not even the manager. And they spoke Spanish . Unbelievable

Tried to pick up an order I had placed online. The children working at this restaurant were rude and left a container or soup opened. The spill caused them to giggle about it and had to leave the restaurant after the spillage.

How am I supposed to spread rock-hard butter on my bagel? It makes no sense when you gjve a piece of rock as butter...

The food is not as good as it used to be. When ordering online it said that avocados were out of stock which was a key ingredient for my favorite meal just to come inside after placing the order to see orders being given with avocados. After waiting 5 minutes near the register and not once being asked what I needed and just eye contact being avoided I finally asked where my order was because it said it was ready on the track my order display. The portions are not at all what they should be for the price of the meals and the food quality has gone down significantly.

Great food but my low rating is the new potato soup. Its absolutely horrible. Very starchy and gummy w no flavor. Pls bring back the old version as it was the best

Honestly Panera needs to re-evaluate their portions vs price. Everything on the menu has been significantly smaller portions for more money and its not as good as they used to be. Paid $10 for a quarter (advertised as half)of a mediocre sandwich. Really sad and disappointing definitely my last time eating here.

Rapid pickup is anything but rapid. You have to stand in the regular cashier line, which can be long, and wait for everyone to place their orders. It used to be fast, where you could pick up your bag from a shelf.
