The food is not as good as it used to be. When ordering online it said that avocados were out of stock which was a key ingredient for my favorite meal just to come inside after placing the order to see orders being given with avocados. After waiting 5 minutes near the register and not once being asked what I needed and just eye contact being avoided I finally asked where my order was because it said it was ready on the track my order display. The portions are not at all what they should be for the price of the meals and the food quality has gone down significantly.

Nice and clean, some of the best Panera food I've tried. The staff were great and friendly. Gave me my yogurt in chili as requested lol!

Great food but my low rating is the new potato soup. Its absolutely horrible. Very starchy and gummy w no flavor. Pls bring back the old version as it was the best

Honestly Panera needs to re-evaluate their portions vs price. Everything on the menu has been significantly smaller portions for more money and its not as good as they used to be. Paid $10 for a quarter (advertised as half)of a mediocre sandwich. Really sad and disappointing definitely my last time eating here.
Rapid pickup is anything but rapid. You have to stand in the regular cashier line, which can be long, and wait for everyone to place their orders. It used to be fast, where you could pick up your bag from a shelf.

I ordered one soup to go. After 10 minutes, I saw on the screen that it was ready, but I never received my order. Surprisingly, despite three people asking for my name and it not being busy at all (it was 7:00 pm), I still didn’t get my soup.

This is the worst location I been to, they are skimpy with their ingredients and supply.
My sandwich was 90% bread barely any chicken or any ingredient very disappointing. I’m an avid Panera go-er for breakfast/lunch and I’ve taste better sandwiches with actual meat inside at other locations. How can they rationalize $13 for bread, some sauce and a sprinkle of chicken, horrible. Never coming back here.
They also only gave 1 napkin with my meal, I searched both drink stations for some extra napkins where they usually are and it’s blocked off. I asked a staff walking by and they said I had to ask the cashier for napkins…
Being next to a nice mall, I expected better. Total disappointment

Food was delicious. Service was not good. Ordered on the app to eat in store with my son. On my order, there's 2 sandwiched and 2 soups, and they only put 1 spoon on my tray. So I asked for another one please and she was hesitant to get me another one... but overall the food was good. And the atmosphere was peaceful and clean.
