P.F. Chang's

This was my first visit to this location, though I have dined at other P. F. Chang's for many years. We each had different versions of the lunch special and all of the food was great. Our experience was soured by a server who repeatedly disappeared for ridiculously long stretches of time. After bringing one drink, she took so long to return that I walked over to the bar to have the bartender get rid of some of the ice that was melting across the top of the Coke my mother was waiting to start while I waited for my drink. When I caught her eye as she was helping the table next to ours, she gave me a nod and mouthed just a sec. She then walked away and took another long break before returning. Once we finally ordered, our appetizers were brought to us by someone other than our server. Again, she was no where to be found for an extended period of time so I got up and helped myself to soy sauce from another table when I got tired of waiting for her. Then, when our entrees arrived--also brought by another staff member--she did check to see how things were. We finished our meal and waited and waited for her to return. When she finally did, she asked if I wanted another drink at which point I said we just wanted a box and the check. She brought the box after a few minutes, but never returned with the check. I had to go to the host stand and ask if I could pay our bill there! Forgetting about a table of guests once is bad enough, but that many times in one visit is unacceptable. If we ever go back, I will specifically request to not have that server and let management know why. It's really a shame that poor service tainted what was otherwise a lovely meal.

The chicken wrap was tasty the salad and soup came out before the wrap. Then the entrees came out too fast we hadn't finished the soup and salad yet. They took it back and kept it warm while we ate the appetizer.

Staff was very pleasant and food was good. It was just too cold in there, with the AC cranking - being a sweater! They had "wine Wednesday" where bottles were half price. The waiter was a bit over zealous with the promotion, trying to get "his quota" of bottles, but he was a pleasant enough young man, that it didn't bother us. The food was very good, although a bit on the salty side (Mongolian Trio). Overall always a good experience and would recommend.

Had a craving drove far. Disappointed. Staff was very polite waitress was very attentive. Hostess cleaned food off seats ( left it in creases) with a dirty rag then the table top same rag. Food has gone down hill. Wonton bowl had 3 little wontons with enough liquid for 4 glasses. Fried rice had no taste no salt. Beef and broccoli - the meat was so dry not fried but as if was old and reheated and overcooked with barely any sauce. The lo mein was just noodles nothing else also dry not fully cooked. The beef I had was also tuff. Fried green beans were good. Worst crab rangoon I've ever had. Did I mention we were served apps and had no utensils. When I got mine I opened it to find a long black hair wrapped around the fork. The bathrooms in the mall are cleaner. I haven't been to a PF chang for years the one in my neighbourhood closed but was awesome. This made me never to want to go to one again. I did not complain to the staff. This is clearly a problem stemming from management down. I very rarely write bad reviews but this place needs to fix itself.

My first visit and it won’t be my last. The option of either family style or individual meals is ideal. Our group did both. Portions were generous. Food was delicious. Birthday person in our group got a free dessert. They were very attentive. Looking forward to going back!
