“I frequent this Starbucks (in target) very often with my two toddlers and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen so many people treat them poorly, especially when they are busy - which is actually the time they should be given the most patience, grace, and gratitude..but, I’ve never seen an employee be anything but kind regardless. My drink is always correct and delicious too.
Anyway, today was a hard day as a mom and this barista had no idea I was struggling. As soon as I got in my car and noticed this I sobbed like a baby. It was so thoughtful and special and exactly what I needed.“
