I went to this Dunkin and the food was terrible and they don't care at all. When I ordered I told the lady in the drive through maple bacon wrap and what came out a chipotle wrap. They NEED to learn to listen to people's orders. And don't even get me started on the hash brown and the bagels. The hash browns were so soggy they fell apart when I picked them up to eat them. It's like someone voted on soggy and not toasted food. And the bagel wasn't even toasted all the way. I gotta say this Dunkin NEEDS to take notes from the Dunkin in herkimer. I wasted $25.83 and I'm NOT happy about it! Absolutely terrible!!

I was there to pick up an order. I waited over 10 minutes. A lady came in that works there and she was waited on right away. My order was sitting there needed to be bagged up. Rather than bag the orders that were done and waiting they dropped what they was doing and made her food and her drink. Every time I go in rather is busy or not it always takes forever. The drive threw is fast. But to pick up a door dash order is always slow and the food is always waiting on the counter forever before anyone attempts to bag it up.

Honestly, I’m not one to always review a place… but, maybe someone will read this and realize they need to change. I always go to this dunkin as it’s the most convenient for my morning routines and heading into Utica for work. The workers are generally seemingly pleasant and I understand not being ultra personable due to being busy. But I like to think they usually appreciate my patience. Today, I personally wasn’t feeling the best mentally and was battling intrusive thoughts. So, I fully understand what it’s like to be stressed out or feeling under pressure. I finally got out of the house around 10:30am and headed into Ilion for a hot coffee. I ordered on the app and planned to walk in. I arrived a few minutes after placing my order around 10:44am. I walked into the dunkin and proceed to wait at the counter for my order. While I waited for a worker to greet me or ask what I was there for, the manager was going on about multiple situations. I wasn’t trying to take note of everything but, she was frustrated that something was broken, she complained how she had to get breaks out and had 3 new people working. In that moment someone also asked her where a “pup cup” button was on the register where she had to tell them they don’t have pup cups. She was completely all over the place and only spewed a negative aura the entire time. You could see the frustration in her teams faces but, no one still acknowledged me as a customer. I ended up receiving my coffee after the manager came back up front and asked what I needed. I told her my order and name for the order. She seemed upset that I had any type of flat attitude with her as she tried to give me the receipt and stiffly told me to have a good day after handing me my coffee. I was already feeling shut down today so I do apologize for any attitude that could have been perceived or if she was upset with my tone. I simply took my coffee and left as I’m not into confrontation. But, this is where I simply wish to tell her that I hope she can have a better day and, hopefully, better days down the road.. I really wish she could have seen the way she was acting towards her team and see how her attitude was completely negative and full of overwhelming rage. I know life can be hard and I have been one to outburst. But, i do my best to pull myself back to earth and not act like my problems are other people’s problems. I hope you can learn how to take in stress and convert it into positive energy. It was hard to watch while waiting to be greeted which made it hard for me to be any kind of positive back to you as my server. I hope you can turn it around as I do believe you’re good at your job. If you’re burned out, it may be time for a change. Again, I truly hope you have a better day so you can put more positivity into your work.

idk what girl works evenings, brown hair, tattoos on her left arm, but boy is she rude. 15 minutes for a donut & a frozen hot chocolate, i got asked twice what i ordered & once if i had paid yet. and then got a nasty look from her :) i worked in the food industry for five years & really do have a lot of patience but this girl was the absolute WORST :) good job dunkin!!!
I'm honestly over ilion dunkin. I say in drive through line for 10-15 mins before they took my order I ordered food and drinks had only a 50 on me ALFIE The one that took my order said he couldn't take a 50 I looked right at him said I'd be right back to pay for my order. I ran down the street to cliffs and back. I walked in because the drive through was back up again and then Alfie disappeared to the bathroom as I walked in and the other girls working there told me the order was cancelled and thrown away because they didn't know I was coming back. Then told me I would have to order it all over again and wait in line like everyone else. My issue is I shouldn't have to when I told the one that took my order I'd be back for my stuff I had to get change. Ilion dunkin has gone down hill and there is only really one worker there that makes an effort with the customers.

I just sat in line at the drive through for 25 minutes watching as there was 4 cars in front of me. Each car ordered only 2 coffees a piece. As I pulled up to the mic to order it took 10 minutes to take my order and they didn't have what I asked for. Pulled up to the window and the woman was fooling around with a coworker using absolute foul language as my kids were in the vehicle. Terrible experience and will not go back to the ilion ny dunkin donuts. That employee as well as the others should be fired. I wasn't the only one that dealt with this.
