I was at this Dunkin a few days ago and noticed they had ants crawling all over the food mainly the croissant also takes for ever for service

idk what girl works evenings, brown hair, tattoos on her left arm, but boy is she rude. 15 minutes for a donut & a frozen hot chocolate, i got asked twice what i ordered & once if i had paid yet. and then got a nasty look from her :) i worked in the food industry for five years & really do have a lot of patience but this girl was the absolute WORST :) good job dunkin!!!

I'm honestly over ilion dunkin. I say in drive through line for 10-15 mins before they took my order I ordered food and drinks had only a 50 on me ALFIE The one that took my order said he couldn't take a 50 I looked right at him said I'd be right back to pay for my order. I ran down the street to cliffs and back. I walked in because the drive through was back up again and then Alfie disappeared to the bathroom as I walked in and the other girls working there told me the order was cancelled and thrown away because they didn't know I was coming back. Then told me I would have to order it all over again and wait in line like everyone else. My issue is I shouldn't have to when I told the one that took my order I'd be back for my stuff I had to get change. Ilion dunkin has gone down hill and there is only really one worker there that makes an effort with the customers.

I just sat in line at the drive through for 25 minutes watching as there was 4 cars in front of me. Each car ordered only 2 coffees a piece. As I pulled up to the mic to order it took 10 minutes to take my order and they didn't have what I asked for. Pulled up to the window and the woman was fooling around with a coworker using absolute foul language as my kids were in the vehicle. Terrible experience and will not go back to the ilion ny dunkin donuts. That employee as well as the others should be fired. I wasn't the only one that dealt with this.

Typical Dunkin franchise with limited donut options. Donuts were the strength of the Dunkin Donuts chain but now is almost an after thought. They should offer more donut options, rotating their selection.
The chick with black hair and 2 tons of makeup that works the front end needs to go. All she does is complain about how much she hates it there and plays little miss victim.

Just wanted to say thank you too the lady with the tattoos she is an awesome person every morning my granddaughter goes in and orders her frozen coffee and this lady knows exactly what she wants and makes my granddaughter happy and also the manager does the same they both are amazing and I want to say thank you.

Probably the worst DD in the United States. The manager is horrible- witnessed her yelling at the employees in front of everyone- customers and staff- you can tell it’s a miserable work environment with poor leadership! Do Better
