Honestly, I’m not one to always review a place… but, maybe someone will read this and realize they need to change. I always go to this dunkin as it’s the most convenient for my morning routines and heading into Utica for work. The workers are generally seemingly pleasant and I understand not being ultra personable due to being busy. But I like to think they usually appreciate my patience. Today, I personally wasn’t feeling the best mentally and was battling intrusive thoughts....

Typical Dunkin franchise with limited donut options. Donuts were the strength of the Dunkin Donuts chain but now is almost an after thought. They should offer more donut options, rotating their selection.

Just wanted to say thank you too the lady with the tattoos she is an awesome person every morning my granddaughter goes in and orders her frozen coffee and this lady knows exactly what she wants and makes my granddaughter happy and also the manager does the same they both are amazing and I want to say thank you.
