Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered before 6:00 and I didn't get it until a little before 8:00. Needless to say everything was cold, dry, and stiff as a board. Unfortunately I will never do business with them again. I thought it might be someplace new, but no.

Just got my delivery. Ordered online. Must've been a busy night as the owner delivered our order. Very nice guy. Shout out to him. Don't see many owners pick up the slack as he said. Definitely will be ordering again. Food is amazing!!!!

When you leave the hotel, walk part all the crowded spots and go to 6th Ave & E Street to Flat Iron Pizza & Pasta. Killer lemon pasta, huge delicious sandwiches, yummy array of appetizers. Great service too! A real gem!!

Upon moving to Ilion, I’ve been going to Flat Iron for 2 years now! I must say the food (from subs to pizza to appetizer) is absolutely amazing! I have food allergies, they go above and beyond to make substitutions for me. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Been ordering my lunch at work from these guys like twice a week for a few months, they are always super polite and timely with the order and always deliver the best food."The Bomber" specialty sub has been the best specialty sub in Ilion since I lived across the street when they first opened back in 2011 or so, highly recommend trying that.

Two large pizzas for 54 dollars which I thought high but who knows now - the chicken wing was great, but the veggie pizza, was poor - sparse cheese and few toppings, the taste at best edible. This was echoed by more than one person ----So one great, one sucked - buy accordingly -
