After sitting in the drive thru with my grandson, discussing about messed up orders, I order a quarter pounder with cheese & bacon, and 2 cheeseburgers w/ketchup only. Of course, we get ONE cheeseburger, and a quarter pounder with NO CHEESE. 2 screw ups on one order. This morning my husband orders me a sausage mcmuffin with egg. He gets home with it - it's a sausage mcgriddle! Seriously? I would LOVE to go thru there and have a CORRECT order! 👎

Literally waited a whole 7 minutes just to get cashed out for 1 fry while I'm standing in the lobby. They couldn't spare a single person for that line of cars that was already moving smoothly.

This place needs to get there **** together. Almost every item made wrong on every occasion, making other drivers pay for people behind thems food.... and when I ask for no onion or pickle and give sandwiches back...they just scrape it off and re wrap it. I will mo longer be going to this location I have gone a handful of times and each time they mess everything up. I can understand here and there but every single time...come on guys.

Go to ilion McDonald’s for the absolute worst service ever.. it’s mostly the older ones working there, they must hate their jobs so they take it out on the customer, most of the younger employees are how about the wait, 10 - 20 minutes on average, do better Mc Donald’s
The food was Sloppy thrown together, the service slow and impersonal, the dining room a mess ....never appetizing to see facial piercing sloppy hair and dirty uniforms
Waited in drive-thru line for 25 minutes,line didn't move at all.Pulled out of line to go inside to get my mobile orders.took another 15 minutes retrieving my order.This is the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's drive-thru.was gonna get a hold of corporate.

Saw big dub there, great service and food made with pleasure. Lots of seating inside and sometimes not the cleanest but overall great.
Parking: Sometimes difficult to back out since drive thru line, when longer, runs through the middle of the parking lot
