I live in Phoenix and ordered 2 dozen bagels, thinking they were coming to me freshly made from the Bronx. To my surprise, they were shipped to me from a cold storage facility in Turlock, California. I called Just Bagels, who confirmed that they, in fact, were shipped to Turlock, put in cold storage and frozen, and are then shipped to customers who order them. They recommend freezing them upon arrival, then cooking them as needed. So, I will not be eating fresh bagels from the Bronx, but twice-frozen bagels. Never again.

These remind me of Keyfood Bagels or store bought bagels! No taste! A REAL NYC style Bagel is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's the thickness of a 2 hockey pucks! These are horrible in every way possible

Been impossible to find a real bagel since leaving NY. Stumbled across Just Bagels in a search. Man am I glad I did. Excellent real deal bagels. Shipped to NC and are the best in many many years. Highly recommend. Typical store bought don't even deserve to be called a bagel. These deserve highest praise.

As a self-proclaimed bagel enthusiast born in New York, I stand on these being the best bagels I've ever had. These classic New York bagels are the real deal – perfect size, flavor and texture. We sell them in our restaurant and go through multiple cases per week. Thousands of bagels later, we've never had a quality issue. They freeze, thaw and hold up perfectly. Everyone prepares their bagels to preference, but I really think the best way to do it is to toast the bagels in butter on a pan, then add cream cheese once they're crispy and toasted. Whew! Thank me later.

I have ordered the mini bagels from qvc before and have always had the best experience, so this time, I ordered directly from just bagels and got them in good time but they were burnt on the top and bottom I was disappointed.
Moved from Long Island to west coast of Florida 19 years ago. I don't think they even know what a bagel is here! We just finished our first order of delicious bagels from you, and getting ready to purchase another 24. They were delivered quickly, went into freezer immediately, and are DELICIOUS! I ordered Everything, Poppy, Garlic and Sesame. Great tasting! Now....if you guys could iust make a REAL seeded hard roll!!!
