If you want real good homemade ice cream this is the best place to go. The ice cream is not frozen for months on end and is made there fresh no freezer burn awesome.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle and Dubai Chocolate, in waffle bowls, are out favorites, but everything is so good.

Anyway to get ice cream occasionally and not soup?

Cora TurnerFG,

I am always happy with my selection of ice cream. You make the best Banana Splits, my favorite! The Butter Pecan ice cream is so delicious. I love Bruster's

The customer svc at the East Ridge location is so very UNPROFESSIONAL AND The young people working there are RUDE AS HELL! They need better people working there at this establishment.

First I want to say that we love brusters ice cream and have been eating it for years. (Webster before this location opened ) Last night however was pretty bad. First we called from the parking lot 1/2 hour before closing to ask if there were nuts in a certain flavor. We wanted a packed two flavor quart. Told the young man we were in the parking lot but he wouldn’t take the order but said we had to use the online ordering ,. (Which is absurd. We should have just gone into the drive thru and ordered and waited like the rest of the cars were doing. )
We ordered online. And still had to wait for the pick up because no windows but drive thru were available! Snow covered the rest of the window areas !

One of the flavors was Jamaican me crazy; when we got it home it was soupy and just like semi-melted milk with tons of nut bits. Not one trace of chocolate fudge rippled! And he spooned it over the other flavor where it’s liquid state oozed into that flavor. We immediately called to ask the young man why the ice cream was in such a state and how it had none of the attributes it is shown to have on your website. He said “ some of their ice cream flavors don’t freeze all the way”!
To that I say….then do NOT sell them as ice cream ! Even on a frigid feb nite? He obviously knew he had just packed a watery quart for us but yet He never apologized or suggested any recourse. And it is a costly product.
Very disappointed. Very. Guess it’s back to wegmans for late night ice cream runs …

We’ve given Blasts multiple chances, but they are always melted—even in December. Instead of a thick, frozen treat, they resemble milk with floating cookies. We’ve had to take them home and freeze them for hours just to make them edible. We hoped this issue would improve during the colder months, but unfortunately, it hasn’t. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

I have gotten a variety of the vegan ice cream flavors here. It is very hit or miss as to whether it will be creamy or not. More times than not it is icy and very few mix-ins. Very disappointing since it's hard to find dairy free ice cream that tastes good.
