As always-The employees have been exceptionally well trained, and are acutely aware of the importance of how they treat the customers!!!!ā¦.
I wish there were more businesses who trained their teenagers, and young adults (at other fast food places), as well as Brusterās doesā¦.
I hope that the owners reward their staff for āOver-and-Beyondā customer service. They should also be āVeryā proud of them as well!
Usually when I go to Brusterās I donāt have a problem with the service or anything, but tonight my daughter and I went through drive thru, I ordered a simple peanut butter cup sundae. I asked for no chocolate syrup and extra peanut butter sauce. I should've checked my I cream before pulling off but as I said I donāt usually have an issue when I go. What was supposed to have been a peanut butter cup sundae was literally a small (1) scoop of ice cream and a glob of whipped cream! There was hardly any peanut butter sauce on it and it was very sloppily made! It was 8:33pm they close at 9pā¦ Iām very disappointed with the employees at this point! Had they not been playing around they couldāve gotten the portion and order correct!
I got brusters ice cream last night, it was so good! I got hallowscream, it was even better because this dear girl Bella mitchell made my whole day by giving me my ice cream! most cutest and sweetest girl iāve ever met, she is just the best!

I absolutely love this place and their ice cream. Itās also my go to in the summer, and Makayla is always very friendly and fast. I highly recommend them for the best flavors!
If you want real good homemade ice cream this is the best place to go. The ice cream is not frozen for months on end and is made there fresh no freezer burn awesome.
Chocolate Raspberry Truffle and Dubai Chocolate, in waffle bowls, are out favorites, but everything is so good.
Anyway to get ice cream occasionally and not soup?
