Aweful every time . It is in the neighborhood so its very convenient. The workers are extremely rude and just don’t care about you or their job because they’re getting paid regardless and know they wont get fired due to the desperate need of workers EVERYWHERE . The woman dropped my change on the floor moving so fast she knew it , she watched it fall…. and no apology no acknowledgment. Got my daughter her latte l and it tasted like chemicals. Just don’t understand why work with the public if you don’t like the general public. Not to mention they never have ANYTHING. Even in the morning or lunch time . If you’re hungry …. Go to wegmans. 🤷🏻‍♀️ went over to hudson ave and got fabulous service from that dunkin.

Went through the drive through and wanted to make two separate orders. The lady who took our order was very rude. She refused to split the order for me and my friend. Which isn’t a big deal. We were the only customers there. I can understand if they don’t know how to split an order or can’t do it because of a computer situation. But the lady was SO RUDE about it!! She basically yelled at us for asking. She literally said “uh uh I’m not doing all that. If you want to split an order you need to come inside.” Like I said, it wouldn’t have been a big deal that we had to pay for our coffees together, but her attitude and bossiness made it seem like us being there in general was a problem.

This location needs to work on their customer service skill. I went through the drive thru today and the staff member that took my order was rude. There is no need for a staff member to be disrespectful when a customer is simply ordering coffee the way they like for it to be made. I like to be specific when I order my coffee because there has been times where my order was not correct.
