The hot chocolate was delicious today I needed that ASAP & that sour cream donut was good too. My only complaint is that he could've cleaned that cup better before giving it to me. I would prefer them wash their hands before handling food and pay attention to whose at the register because I had to wait a bit too. I guess their conversation was more important than customers

Due to medical conditions it is very dangerous for me to have caffeine. I asked for a decaf iced coffee and made sure to check twice they had it down as decaf. After drinking it I started having adverse effects that I only get when having caffeine and needed to use medical intervention. This is incredibly dangerous the lack of care when it can impact someone health wise being too lazy to either make decaf or make sure the order is correct

Everytime I get coffee here it is horrible! The worst dunkin. Just today hot coffee, vanilla and cream and it has NO Vanilla and the coffee is like WATER! HOW CAN YOU MESS UP HOT COFFEE!!! UGH

There are flies everywhere, all over the donuts and the coffee machine, it’s mid December. This means when you eat here you are likely ingesting insect eggs/larvae. Trash all over outside. The employees make up the store hours, meaning you can show up well after the open time and they won’t be open. Staff is depressingly miserable. Orders inaccurate. The Dunkie Junkie in me is sad that this is my neighborhood location. I really hope someone who gives a crap buys this location. This owner has clearly given up.

There was a really rude lady. My child went with her friends to get Dunkin and this woman made a mistake with the order so my child asked for it but she yelled at them and told her she had “crazy eyes” even though when they looked through the receipt the product was there. Very disappointing
