I don't give this place any stars because they give a bad service, the staff is terrible, it shouldn't be like that because the clients are treated as clients as they are, they couldn't sell me 20 pieces of chicken and in addition, the place is disgusting, please don't visit here, it's horrible, they're going to run away, I'll never come back.

On 2/3/25 at 1:50pm, I was told that there were no chicken sandwiches. This is NOT the first time this has occurred at this location. The staff is lazy and prefers not to work. Management needs to identify who was working the drive thru on the day and time I provided. They are intentionally turning away customers.

I went to pick up a delivery primers she said there was no Chicken. I told the girl it was for pick up and if she changed her mind she said wait 5 minutes in the parking lot and I had to go. It had already been 35 minutes and the girl was not friendly when I asked him so I left and the order was already super big

I Teranto Nelson purchased a $30 chicken meal on 1/7/25 6 pcs original chicken and 6 tenders which the chicken was old and I was also missing 3 and 4 biscuits were hard most likely old to do bottom line disgusting and I am very disappointed and will not be buying anything from you guys again

I spent 70 plus dollars to feed my family as a treat the other night. The wait was long even though I pre-ordered. Got the food home and it was undercooked/greasy chicken. Dirty grease in the bottom of the bucket. The sides were cold.

This KFC location wants to challenge Popeyes for the undisputed title of awful, terrible, no good, very bad customer service employees. They go out of there way here to avoid working, avoid customers and avoid taking orders. They mess up and or take forever to complete simple orders when not even busy. The hiring pool must be work release inmates only. So rude and unhelpful. Been here a dozen times in the past, but I go elsewhere now like Webster.

Good food and friendly managers. However, it regularly takes 25 to 40 minutes to receive one pre made chicken sandwich. In order to received my order on time I must order an hour in advance. Not very fast food or even standard dine in restaurant speed.

For the love of god go literally to any other KFC besides this one. All the staff have a holier than thou disgusting attitude. Music was blasting so loud couldn't even hear myself think. My chicken tenders were like disgusting pieces of rubber i really don't know how this location is still in business. Inside is absolutely gross and felt like i needed a tetanus shot after.

I have stopped at this location 2 times. The first time it was 6:30 and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was told they were no longer making those tonight. On Sunday at 5:30pm I went to the drive through to order and they said they were not taking any more orders inside or outside. I am very disappointed in this location.

I go in there and get a three piece chicken. They gave me five tenders. They messed up my order. I go over to the pop Machine there’s little sewer flies flying around it. None of the surfaces have been cleaned off. I was sticking into the chair and the table the floors all greasy and slippery. They can’t get anybody to work there so they’ll hire anybody always smells like sewage like there’s an open drain somewhere.
