Service is super slow. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 pieces of chicken. Then I was later told they didn't have the chicken I requested. Waste of my time and money. Won't be returning to this location.

Forgot my pickles then I placed another order and got some cold apple pie poppers, Also she gave me too much hot sauce and not enough ketchup; Feels a little slower then other restaurants 😑 but the food was as expected

I was hungry so I thought I would get KFC and I had $28 so I thought That’s so doable for KFC to get a good meal for $28 so I go there. I order eight pieces of chicken nuggets and I get a small mashed potato and a small macaroni and cheese and they told me it was 36.98!!! I said that’s insane. I said this is more expensive than even McDonald’s. I asked them why it was so much and they just stumbled over their words looking at the computer. They are scamming people. They are taking money from the drawer I swear to God It makes no sense, but to go to the conclusion that they’re stealing money from customers do not go!! If I had enough energy, I would call Corporate because I’m so disgusted by their behavior. Maybe one of you will do it, but don’t go there if you wanna get scammed Have it!!!!

I ordered on line, I woukd expect for the website to be updated before I cash out. When my husband went to pock up the food for the kids, they only had 2 types of dipping sauces for all the tenders I bought. They were al spicy, I definitely would of canceled my order. The employee whom packed my bag and explained that they were out of dipping sauces was soo rude! We live down the street everytime I try KFC @ thr Irondequoit location my order has not once been right.. perhaps too lazy to get down a box in dry storage to get dipping sauces. Sad!
