I ordered pizza on line and asked for 1:30 pm pick up. I got there @ 1:30 & pizza was sitting in warmer. I asked if Pizza was hot & did it just get done. The lady stated yes. I live less than 5 min from pizza hut & when i got home it was WARM! I like hot food, the cheese didnt even pull away! I will be ordering from another pizza place. The time before this my pizza had pizza sauce & not Marinara sauce. Done with pizza hut

Ordered pizza at 8.30 pm got no delivery up till 10 pm so I decided to call the restaurant and see what the issue is and they put on hold..while still on hold I drove to the restaurant and saw one employee in his car and the other one in the back room... the manager said the driver already went to my house even though I was sitting in my garage waiting for em.. basically pathetic customer service and now I'm in the restaurant waiting for my new pizza to get done.... don't order from here if you can't wait at least 2 hours for ur food.
